"...maybe he can go out there and foul the heck out of somebody really hard." "He's a nice young man." "He'll hit you." YO HO! Welcome to Jayhawk Basketball, Mr. Sosinski!

And he can soak up some fouls, meaning when our foul situation is out of whack (in our favor), send him in to get some whistles. Protecting other guys. The refs do work to try to even out fouls. He can be this season's Justin Wesley (and I bet Sosinski is better at basketball than Wesley).

We need him, as much as I applaud Clays efforts thus far. It’s never good when a 6’4 walk on guard is at the 5 spot.

We've all questioned what bringing Sosinski onto the team is about. Does it mean Billy and DeSousa will not become eligible?

Here is a different idea...... " F U M B L E ! "

I want to see Sosinski in a game when the ball is rolling on the court. Will he dive for it even when he's 20-feet away? My guess... YES! This may even be the reason why Self connected with him in the first place. Maybe Sosinski's main purpose is to show our guys HUSTLE! DIVING for 50/50 balls!

@HighEliteMajor Not to be contrary, but it is my experience that occasionally we draw a covey of officials who can't count!

@drgnslayr Fumble? Shucks, our king of fumble transferred last summer to Arizona State. His fumbling was not at floor level, but rather in the rafters, up above the 7' mark. (Though I write this with a sense of mirth, I do feel bad for that kid. I hope to see him lift his life together and step back into the path of stardom somewhere soon. Another Jayhawk "what might have been." I am pulling for him.)
