Kansas has been bluer and bluer lately.

Senate race has Dem candidate tied with just about whoever wins Republican nominee.

Also how pissed would you have been if Ivanka was your commencement speaker to graduate college? An entitled Barbie doll who had life handed to her on a platter while you just went $30k in debt to receive a public school education and you will have to bust your ass for the next 40 years just so you can have a somewhat decent retirement.

I’m sure she has a relatable message 🙄

And the two families really, really don’t like each other.

@Kcmatt7 haha, spot on man!! I know someone that was a former business partner with the Koch brothers. He claims they’d put their momma on the street if they profited a nickel from it. Always claims they are crooks.

So after an almost 4 hour KBOR meeting, they put out a meaningless statement and Pres. Golden stays. Nobody ends up looking good. Well done everyone!

It was for show. They couldn't fire him without destroying any chance of getting a decent replacement. They also risked losing students over it. They might have gained some conservative students, but given the school's location, that's unlikely.

They had to appear to appease the political actors, but their hands were tied. Who would have wanted that job after seeing the previous holder get canned only a few months in?
