Doubt Kentucky will keep pushing tempo
gradey can't shoot
Surprised KJ is starting. Figured Bill would put one of the big guys in to pick up the early fouls
I watched many games in Thomson Boling Arena. It's a pit. Seats 26,000
Go Jayhawks!
Rock Chalk!
Out of the b12-sec challenge, Texas Tech was the only team to win on the road (out of 8 games so far, assuming Tennessee and Kstate close out their wins). Rankings and records mostly irrelevant. Weird.
OU hit a bunch of threes. Huggie's guys made 21 of 25 freethrows. Mizzou hit 14/30 threes to bury ISU.
Didn't watch any of them, but the stats are pretty wild.
I'm rooting for the guy like crazy, but I just can't imagine success with Bobby starting at point right now. I figured he'd be like an Elijah Johnson kind of dude. Sitting on the bench with a load of talent waiting for his chance. But his ball handling is not good. Passing is bad unless you can catch with your knees. I can't tell if he knows how to run the offense let alone knows how to control a game. He's had plenty of chances to run the show and the results have not been good... yet.
Yeah, I know how things ended with EJ too against Michigan, but he carried a load on his shoulders his senior year.
I like our chances against Kentucky more than any remaining b12 road game
points off turnovers: BU: 21, KU: 7
Defense was pretty good in the 2nd half. We hit the freebies. Our bench is basically useless.
That'll do it. Refs hurt, but too many mistakes when we had a chance
Bill looked up at the scoreboard, like, Oh, we could still win this crapfest
@approxinfinity I know, we need Dajuan's D more than anything right now
Good effort, Gradey, but I think that was off Baylor
take Harris out. Put Zach in. Let wilson run point
watch for the ticky tack whistles now to make sure Baylor wins
two possession game, folks
perfect example of Harris not right in the noggin
Just gotta get our real Juando Harris back
at least make Chip and Joann get a little nervous
come on... still time
calling a few non consequential fouls on Baylor now.
No Zach at all. That seems odd
I honestly don't care if we lose to kentucky. Spend the entire week preparing for the rest of the conference and use the UK game as a scrimmage

MJ won't be back
exactly. Why play him at all. He's not even trying
Weird time for a T coach
MJ at least tried to play D there
I could probably block Kev's slow motion layups

We don't get into an offensive groove these last games. It all looks awkward. It's because our defense sucks. When the other team scores, they get back and set their defense. When we defensive rebound and get out in transition, their defense isn't set and our offense flows.
we're taking our damn time getting up the court to set up the offense. maybe that's by design to save energy because our bench is thin and useless, so
foul harder
That might have been the worst one minute of reffing I've ever seen
you gotta be kidding me
OK, what the f was that call, ref
that was a BS call. Should hav been a foul on the rebound
KJ does not get his money's worth on his fouls.
However, we have Five guys on the same page now!!!
BU missed their last couple of junker threes. That helped
Offense is snappier.
Defense finally quit switching everything
2 fouls on JWill
Juando in the house. Welcome back, fella
Took Wilson a long time to see KJ LOL
Mj's 2 points is it from the becnch
I think this team's problem (right now, at least) is that we are really missing guys like Big Dave and Braun who had fire and passion during the game to pump up the other guys. No energy guy like Mitch to come off the bench either.
Notch up the intensity on both ends and we could win this easily. We're just letting Baylor do what they want
D up here guys
good foul kj
Nice right up until that ugly shot by Gradey
Kev got bailed out
@jayballer67 45,2% 13 more shots though
Switching everything is clearly not working
