@rockchalkwyo The drugs were available to all UNC students, so no NCAA investigation even if they were directly procured and distributed by the athletic department.
The REAL statement the NCAA would release (if they were honest):
"We have nothing to comment about concerning the ongoing investigation by federal authorities and the alleged drug trafficking ring at Duke, UNC and App. State. Our plate is full as we pursue cases against Kansas, Louisville, and Arizona. "
