My wife graduated from Nevada and of course we watch their games when we can. Davidson looked to be the best big in most of their matchups. Now whether that translates to Big12 I don’t know. I’m awful at evaluating mid major talent.

I'm really not crazy high on our starting lineup at the moment either. Even with Nelson, it is a bit concerning. The saving grace was that we would have a ton of depth. But with Udeh and Zuby out we have absolutely questionable/non-existent depth at the 3,4 and 5 spots. And with the portal closed targets are limited. If we end up with Parker Freaking Braun as backup Center I won't even know what to think.
At least we get to see their mom for another year.

Zach played well today. Small sample size yes but it was improvement.
I’m not reading much into this 3 game skid. From what Self has said, a few times now, is he’s resting the players more this year to play the long game for the conference. With the extra day off that of course means less practice. Duh.
Hopefully the other teams beat each other up throughout the season while we’re more rested in March.
Having said that, there are concerns though but the team is not lost.
Who would rather see Joe be in before Bobby? He plays better D and can shoot 3s.

According to acting KU coach Norm Roberts, Cuffe tore his MCL and PCL ligaments while running up the court in practice. Roberts said it was a non-contact injury and that Cuffe is expected to be able to return to basketball activities in 10-12 weeks.

Or it’s a move to have him RS again to save a year considering we are at reduced scholarships next year. A move after the season started which didn’t give him a chance to transfer.

The Black Hills are in South Dakota. Rapid City, Custer, Hill City, and Mount Rushmore are all in that area.
Farmer was just talking about Custer and Rapid City. I live in Wyoming and travel through there often. I was just giving an example of when traveling there is nice and not full of tourists.
There’s different people up there for sure. It’s better to go to the Black Hills in the fall or winter time. In the fall you can see really pretty colors in the trees plus less people.
We go to Hill City every winter before Christmas on the 1880 train. It’s a Santa train that goes to the North Pole. A few years ago I was glued to my phone watching us scrape by North Dakota State.

I agree he really is, but we/the conference needs the competition. The conference grind as I like to call it helped everyone out in March and April.
@BShark still though, I think it’s a possibility. KJ did surprise me a few times with his quickness and handles. A small sample size is an understatement though.
