No way we can beat Iowa in chicago. Practically a home game for Iowa, in a city of millions who all despise Iowa.

I'm bummed about TCU... they had UA on the ropes! And Baylor's huge comeback... I really thought they would pull it out in OT. Overall... pretty thrilled at the showing of the Big 12!

Mar 21, 2022 02:31 PM #13

I really thought both Baylor and TCU would win while watching the end of those games.

Mar 21, 2022 03:01 PM #14

@benshawks08 Well, TCU should have...

Mar 21, 2022 03:03 PM #15

AZ had a lot of calls go their way towards the end.

TCU played great and have nothing to be ashamed of at all. - Great job by Jamie's boys - - they had Arizona on the ropes.

The other team that has surprised me by far - - Iowa State - just some really tough defense

Mar 21, 2022 04:43 PM #17

I guess there will be a lot of isu fans

Mar 21, 2022 04:49 PM #18

Iowa fans have got to be sore this morning. Not only are the men's and women's teams out, but the women's team was beat by Creighton with a transfer from Iowa popping off over her former team and the men's in-state rival is headed to the sweet 16.

Ouch. Ouch. OUCH!

Mar 21, 2022 04:53 PM #20

@BeddieKU23 They are getting salt, garlic and vinegar, whether they like it or not.

Miles got knocked down. Game over when Miles makes the free throws.

Anybody seen anything about MethU hiring the Cleveland St coach? Dennis Gates. 1 tournament- 31 point loss. 50-40 the last 3 years.

Mar 21, 2022 10:58 PM #25

@Jethro Whats funny is they actually stopped the clock for a second thinking it was a foul. Let's say that dunk was on time, would it have counted?

You and I know buddy there was no way those refs were going to let TCU when that game - this is some of the worst officating I have seen overall. Supposedly they are graded every game to see who will advance to do the next rounds - -right now that's a HUGE mystery

Provided we win Friday, I'm hopefully going Sunday. KU-Miami will provide the best chance for lower ticket prices. Not spending too much though, but I pay attention to these things and those tickets will be considerably cheaper than Friday.

Chicago went from the B!G party to the B12 party. Once Remy touches the ball, scream out "REMY" and we'll all know it is you.
