Well , w got our Christmas Gift tonight, We sure didn't improve our last place rankings on the defensive end in the Big 12 tonight with our defensive effort.. Question , how many times did we get beat of the dribble drive - - payers being able to turn the corner at will straight line to the basket.

Yet one thing I will say , the big boy for them looked like a lot of times when he got the ball he just bully balled lower his should and driving into McCormack or Lightfoot just mauling them backing the guys down just bully right into their mid section I dunno.

Good to see Jalen hit some shots , Christian being Christian - Och another solid night - another thing that stuk out but we already knew right now at this point and time our 5 position - -SUCKS just sad play -well a win is a win we will take them SFA pretty decent team

Braun with more points than the Mizzou game, but he seemed to have less of an impact tonight. Still a good effort.

Kudos to the crowd. Sounded like good energy in the building despite the holiday break.

Well Bill didn't play him at all tonight right? Team was exhausted late because the rotations were very tight. Zach only played in the first half because of foul issues.

Interior defense is a massive issue and has been all year. I don't think it is fixable.

SFA had a 6'5'' center come off the bench and go 7-8 shooting. 7-7 from 2 as his only miss was from three.

Who were those 2 bad passes to? Juan's and somebody from top of key, over to the sideline.

I love to see close-ups of Remy, he’s always got some very expressive looks, those big eyes, always nodding, talking and pointing. That three near end of game was FEARLESS- that shotmaking will come in handy in league play tight games. Harris’s D tonite was huge in spots. Wish he would have hit that flying Dunk. That would been on a KU highlight reel for decades. Biggus Davus… OUCH. He looks pretty much the same now as he did freshman year to me- bull in a china shop. Mitch outplayed him tonite. Love to see more Zach , he gonna be good!

And that, in a nutshell, is what our team is and will be to reach its' full potential - less of Dave and a whole hell of alot of Och, CB and Remy with others filling in.

Dave is a dinosaur in our current lineup, crucify me if you will. How much you wanna bet (I hope I'm right) that Coach doesn't ever recruit another big like Dave? And don't say that Udeh is like Dave because he isn't; Udeh has a higher ceiling with more motor and mobility, as well as coordination. And a desire to beat the hell out of his opponents.

Dave is just not a steady enough player for our 1 big offense. I don't know if its the low end of his numerology sequence, his pre-game meal or whatever, but he only plays well about every third game. Dave, KU needs you to play well every game. 2 fouls in the first 2 minutes? Our opponents seem to have a plethora of athletic bigs. Why isn't KU getting more of these athletic 6'9" players?

Mitch was fine last night and Clemence will help next year. But, Dave's 0 rebs, 2 points in 10 minutes just doesn't work for this team. I was sadly impressed with the SFA's players in the paint. Why aren't those type of players coming to KU?

Ya Marco I was thinking along the same lines. When I was scoping broadcasts the other night and of Course DUKE against the mighty and fearless App St, - -guess what STILL being shown on ESPN.
