So ok, have you thought about this ? - -where do you see us this year ? - just initial thoughts for me. With our questions about our shooting the ball at least at the first . Wondering about the five , what seems to be concerns around the 5 spot. Are we gonna have a go to guy at crunch time -- Last year we had 2 even 3 that was possible - mainly 2 but do we have a guy this year ?

My 1st thought is probably end the refular Season not including Big 12 tourney - -I looked at the schedule - -1st thought was like 23-7 - -or 22-8 -we will not win Conference title fall behind Baylor for the title

Think w lose probably semi final in Big 12 post Season and reach the round of 32 in the NCAA MAYBE sweet 16 if we are playnig well at the end of the Season

Now w COULD do little better but right off the top - -just a lot of questions , the biggest from what I'm hearing is our shooting. might take some early hits, Defense will be our strengths - Don't want to gte in a shoot fest could very easily see some lower scoring contets this year , especially. - -So what you think ? - -Speak out

Na , not at all - -Could happen. - -might not happen. -- So what's our record for your prediction to happen ?

I'll be optimistic and say tied for 1st in B12.

I think we'll make a run to the FF.

Low expectations but high hopes.

1st in conference. Elite 8. We all predicted last year's ceiling was Sweet 16, remember?

In my opinion it will come down to performance of 3 players:

GD
5 Spot (Whoever wins out and is playing when game is on the line)

If we can get solid and consistent production this team will make a run for NC.

Somewhere around 24-7 in the regular season is my guess. Top 3 in the conference, 2nd weekend of the tournament hopefully.

You and I are pretty dang close in our forecast for the year. Neither seeing us win the Conference - - - & my projection is either 23-7 - -- or 22-8- -could be wrong might be a little better but thinking this seems about right - just to many -think we going to take some warts early
