Not to be confused with NIL, the NCAA voted to eliminate the National Letter of Intent. Given where things have gone why not get rid of that too...

Sounds like a financial aid package will replace

Good change. This will also mean transfers can sign binding agreements. The NLI program has long outlived its usefulness
