Fancaster isn't a site I'm too familiar with in regards to their reliability on breaking stories. Anybody familiar with what their track record is on the reliability on their stories?

If you do a Google search and feed in "Cheick Diallo" and select over the past 24 hours, the Self "confident" statement is all there is.

Interesting that today we see what coach Bill Self says on the "innocent kid" thing: "I know with others we've had and other schools have had guys that it takes time. This is certainly one that is no fault of his. He goes to a school for 3 1/2 years and finds out after he graduates that, 'Hey, we could have a potential problem.' Hopefully it can be rectified."

@Kip_McSmithers Fancaster isn't just some twitter rando. The account has always reported accurate news afaik, although I've never known them to break news. That's why I said it has potential to be true. Still, that's not enough for me to breath a sigh of relief. I just hope it proves to be correct.

Since these are private schools, and I doubt player/students sign a waiver on their legal rights, when will we start seeing lawsuits leveled on these private schools for promoting a dishonest concept?
I'm pretty sure a good lawyer could spell out probable lost income (financial damages) when these recruits are forced into a timeout from D1.
I'm willing to bet this tweet was fake in response to Self's confidence that was reported.
Usually Self will not comment on anything this big without some creditable knowledge.
