Royals picked in the pre-season to take 4th in the AL Central.......Ned guides them to the best record in the American League and a World Series title.......and Ned doesn't even finish in the top three of the AL Manager of the Year balloting!

DId he win it last year? Sometimes that means he doesn't win it again, not saying it's right, but that seems to be how these things work.
