Jun 22, 2017 11:11 PM #1

Here we go! Let's go Frank and JJ.

Jun 22, 2017 11:13 PM #2

That's right Michael Wilbon. Nobody wants to hear Lavar Ball talk.

Jun 22, 2017 11:18 PM #3

@approxinfinity What a bizarre man.

Jun 22, 2017 11:18 PM #4

I'd rather have Fox than Ball for sure. Fox has John Wall / Russell Westbrook upside.

Jun 22, 2017 11:21 PM #5

@approxinfinity Any day of the week. It will go down in history as the worst mistake in draft history.

Jun 22, 2017 11:23 PM #6

@approxinfinity Ok, let's be honest, -and I'm trying to not show favoritism - - - but will probably come across that way BUT who honestly believes Lonzo Ball deserves to be drafted before Josh? - -Oh sure maybe Ball a little better scorer - -maybe - -But Josh BY FAR is an all around lot better player - - as far as that goes again even with the possibility of Jayson Tatum being picked before Josh -again I STILL take Josh because of his all around ability.

Better defense wise,, rebounding, getting others involved just TOTAL all around - -I'd take josh over either one of these guys - -I know again sounds like favoritism but hey - -I truly believe this. - - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Jun 22, 2017 11:23 PM #7

Lol why is the room where the people that vet the picks on the other side of the arena from the stage, so they have to run, out of breath, to give the card to Silver? Guess its not the only way the NBA Draft is ass backwards.

Jun 22, 2017 11:24 PM #8

@KUSTEVE About as polite as I can say it is he's overbearing as hell IMO.

Jun 22, 2017 11:27 PM #9

@jayballer54 The only rationale I can think of to draft over Josh is if you're drafting by need. And in that case, why not pick a better PG than Ball? Ball has neither superior athleticism nor strength and shoots from the hip. It's amazing the double standards some execs have re: what "drafting on potential" means. For most players, it means ruling out players that aren't freak athletes, or aren't tall enough, and then this different meaning for Ball. Oh he's got swag so.... his athleticism doesn't matter? we'll just ignore it? he'll get stronger and more athletic? what the heck is that?

Jun 22, 2017 11:29 PM #10

thats an interesting theory by Jaylen -> Celts to draft Isaac.

Jun 22, 2017 11:34 PM #11

@approxinfinity That possible pick is ridicilious. - - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Jun 22, 2017 11:34 PM #12

Oh I forgot also because "he's a clone of Jason Kidd" meaning, he happens to look a little like the guy, and somehow that means he's gonna get you triple doubles? Please.

Jun 22, 2017 11:36 PM #13

lol not appealing to the home crowd Silver... How about throwing them a bone with Kristaps or Carmelo or something?

Jun 22, 2017 11:39 PM #14

I Think Philly is building them something - -Jo, Jo, - - -Simmons - - -Fultz, nice trio. - - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Jun 22, 2017 11:47 PM #15

They've got some other nice pieces too. If they can stay healthy, I agree.

Jun 22, 2017 11:47 PM #16

Some of these kids taste of fashion borders that of Whizzo the clown 🤡 Stripes, plaids & polka dots -

Jun 22, 2017 11:47 PM #17

@approxinfinity I think I saw fultz play once.

Jun 22, 2017 11:49 PM #18

So far pretty much as expected...

Jun 22, 2017 11:49 PM #19

@globaljaybird I love their clothes. It's like the red carpet. Just fun, I'm trying to picture you and rascal walking in w/those outfits😉

Jun 22, 2017 11:51 PM #20

Man I' am so sick of seeing Ball, Ball, let me get him out of my basketball history - -out of sight - -out of mind , as I really don't follow the NBa that much during the regular season other then keeping up with our boys. - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Jun 22, 2017 11:51 PM #21

Why show him!

Jun 22, 2017 11:52 PM #22

We have a late breaking trade.... Lonzo Ball has been traded to the Milwaukee Bucks for Luc Richard Mbah Moute, Luke Ridnour, Drew Gooden and a lifetime supply of cheese.

Jun 22, 2017 11:52 PM #23

Can't stand daddy Ball...

Jun 22, 2017 11:52 PM #24

@Crimsonorblue22 Don't picture capris or leggings cause they ain't part of da shot.

Jun 22, 2017 11:53 PM #25

Celts on da clock

Jun 22, 2017 11:53 PM #26

Wow...Jimmy Butler trade to Minnesota. The Wolves are getting ready to make an impact

Jun 22, 2017 11:53 PM #27

@globaljaybird ha ha !

Jun 22, 2017 11:53 PM #28

Hmm interesting. TWolves traded LaVine and Dunn and teh 7th pick? So it's all Rubio at PG.

Jun 22, 2017 11:54 PM #29

Leaving themselves thin at PG. I don't get it.

Jun 22, 2017 11:56 PM #30

approxinfinity said:

Jimmy Butler isn't THAT good. Damn.

Jun 22, 2017 11:56 PM #31

Not surprised with Boston going for Tatum & offense

Jun 22, 2017 11:56 PM #32

Well?

Jun 22, 2017 11:56 PM #33

globaljaybird said:

The funny thing is Josh was pretty much just as good this year offensively. Of course...the NBA is a different game...

Jun 22, 2017 11:56 PM #34

Tatum wanted to play for Boston, Jackson did not.

Jun 22, 2017 11:57 PM #35

well not surprising re: Tatum to Celts. The Celts now have one mildly likeable person in their frontcourt. Hopefully Al Horford and Kelly Olynyk dont give him a career ending head injury (a la TJ Ford) in practice or something.

Jun 22, 2017 11:57 PM #36

Absolute junk pick by the Celtics

Jun 22, 2017 11:58 PM #37

@BeddieKU23 nah I get it. Tatum has some nasty upside.

Jun 22, 2017 11:58 PM #38

I can see teams wanting to trade up to #4 to get Jackson

Jun 22, 2017 11:58 PM #39

Not athletic enough

Jun 22, 2017 11:58 PM #40

@BeddieKU23 You think? I was pretty impressed with him at Duke.

Jun 22, 2017 11:59 PM #41

The Kings are going to take Fox.

Jun 22, 2017 11:59 PM #42

@approxinfinity LMAO - - gotta love it. - - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

@JayHawkFanToo So sick of this idiot. - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Jun 23, 2017 12:00 AM #45

Fox is a better fit for the Suns but Jackson is the better player...

Jun 23, 2017 12:00 AM #46

@JayHawkFanToo I have a Phoenix suns blanket

Jun 23, 2017 12:01 AM #47

Jun 23, 2017 12:01 AM #49

Jun 23, 2017 12:01 AM #50

Team cancer.

Jun 23, 2017 12:02 AM #53

There is a reason that Melo has never won anything. Well, besides simply playing for the Knicks.

Jun 23, 2017 12:02 AM #54

Mr Jackson...in Phoenix....beautiful....

Maybe his game translates to the NBA but he doesn't defend or pass and he was not a better shooter then Jackson in any stat outside of free throws

Jun 23, 2017 12:03 AM #56

Man. Is it Late Night yet?

Jun 23, 2017 12:03 AM #57

Now...who get his career ruined by being selected by the Kings?

Jun 23, 2017 12:03 AM #58

those dunks were sick!

Jun 23, 2017 12:04 AM #59

Josh just doesn't wear a hat well🤠

Jun 23, 2017 12:05 AM #60

@Crimsonorblue22

No one with a 'fro that big should try to wear a ball cap.

Jun 23, 2017 12:05 AM #61

@BeddieKU23

Yeah, annoying myth there.

Jun 23, 2017 12:06 AM #62

Jun 23, 2017 12:08 AM #65

Jun 23, 2017 12:08 AM #66

Magic will select Jonathan Isaac.

Jun 23, 2017 12:09 AM #67

So far no big surprises. We might start seeing some trades soon.

Jun 23, 2017 12:10 AM #68

He smoked Ball!🚬🚬🚬

Jun 23, 2017 12:12 AM #69

Jun 23, 2017 12:18 AM #74

I'm just waiting for BIFM to get drafted then I'm out.

Jun 23, 2017 12:19 AM #75

I think the Wolves will regret taht trade.

Jun 23, 2017 12:19 AM #76

Was that fsu kid a frosh?

Jun 23, 2017 12:19 AM #77

They shouldnt have dumped both of their young PGs.

Jun 23, 2017 12:19 AM #78

@Crimsonorblue22 he was.

Jun 23, 2017 12:20 AM #79

@approxinfinity not sure I saw them play much

Jun 23, 2017 12:21 AM #80

Well the fact that DWade was deadweight last year and now he's still gettin' dem checks. Yeah, the Bulls need some youth to develop.

Jun 23, 2017 12:21 AM #81

Good for wolves! I get to see them on fox quite a bit

Jun 23, 2017 12:22 AM #82

The Wolves will be a very young team with a lot of potential.

Jun 23, 2017 12:25 AM #83

Maybe Tyus Jones will get more run?

Jun 23, 2017 12:26 AM #84

@approxinfinity Mason?

Jun 23, 2017 12:26 AM #85

Like the red, never heard of him

Jun 23, 2017 12:29 AM #88

Mavs will take Dennis Smith.

Jun 23, 2017 12:30 AM #89

The pagination on here kinda blows. Did you guys know that on desktop you can tap on the number part of the bar (87 out of 88) and type in a post number to hop to? That helps a little with the inability to hop back a page correctly. I also just changed page length to 50 posts instead of 20. I don't know whats best. I'll change it back after the draft.

Jun 23, 2017 12:32 AM #90

@BShark Whats your take on Kennard?

Jun 23, 2017 12:33 AM #91

@approxinfinity

Don't like him.

Jun 23, 2017 12:34 AM #92

@BShark thought he was a tough competitor at Duke. Doesn't translate to pros?

Jun 23, 2017 12:34 AM #93

How is Malik Monk still available? LOL

Jun 23, 2017 12:34 AM #94

Portland trading up to take Zach Collins.

Jun 23, 2017 12:34 AM #95

@approxinfinity wimpy

Jun 23, 2017 12:35 AM #96

@approxinfinity Ahhh crap I thought the draft was the 26th! Whatd I miss?

Jun 23, 2017 12:36 AM #97

@Lulufulu no big surprises. Josh to Phoenix at 4. Butler traded to TWolves for Lavine Dunn and Markannen (7th pick)

Jun 23, 2017 12:36 AM #98

@jayballer54 Philly is trying to do what Golden State did.

Nice to JJ get another top 5 pick for KU, Really hoped he went to LA to be with Trob, Black and to bust the Ball bubble.

Jun 23, 2017 01:37 AM #106

Jun 23, 2017 01:46 AM #107

Rogaine, then. Plus he needs that big dog cone around his neck to train him to stop pulling on his hair. A newspaper swat across the snout might be too much for him, but I reserve the right to direct one to Grayson.

Jun 23, 2017 02:35 AM #115

Who thinks Frank is going to end up in LA?

Jun 23, 2017 02:42 AM #116
