This will be another tough night for our Bigs. Trayvon Reed is two inches taller and 40 pounds lighter than Doke and plays over 30 minutes a game with the same stats.
Mike Davis plays one of the toughest Non-Com schedules, which usually ends in a Conference championship for the Tigers

Other than Reed the team does not have much height. It should be an interesting matchup for Doke.

Now that is funny. Good thing I was not drinking coffee by the keyboard.

TSU started out as the black law school for the University of Houston before becoming a full fledged university. This is why their campus is located next to UH.

TSU is a good team and 1st round caliber team because they make the dance on a consistent basis under Davis. A couple of years ago, they knocked off Michigan St. and KSU when both were tournament teams over Christmas break so this could be an interesting game. This isn't going to be a lively crowd because a lot of students will be away for Thanksgiving so it could ve the type of atmosphere where upsets happen.

Their schedule has been brutal so far, but they have been reasonably competitive against that schedule so far. I don't know if KU hammers them like they have Tenn. St. and SDSU, but I'll say it'll be a 20-25 point win.

I wish we had a non conference schedule like that except for the every game on the road part. Goodness, what a travel bill that must be!

BTW, South Dakota St beat Iowa today.

@jayballer54 Iowa lost to Louisiana Lafayette yesterday. Not a good turkey week for the hawkeyes. My disdain for them is almost as serious as it is for the state just south of Iowa.

Did I see some lengthy periods where Doke and Mitch played together? Looked like it helped ML become more involved in the offense.

Lightfoot playing Center is way out of his comfort zone and skill level; playing with Doke makes him a lot more effective.
