Recovery tends to be much quicker nowadays. In the late ‘80s I had arthroscopic surgery on my left shoulder and it was taped in place for a month and took months of physical therapy to get it back to normal. A few years ago I had considerably more involved arthroscopic surgery on my right shoulder and my surgeon told me to start excercising as soon as it was comfortable and in a few week it was back to normal. Hopefully your recovery is as fast as mine was. :smile:
