If you guys get a chance read the article on the phog. Sports Illustrated has done some digging and found that one of the undercover agents may have misappropriated funds which it complicate the case against all the colleges mention in the FBI report.

Thanks. It would be difficult for the FBI to argue about the temptation of money when its own agents fell for it.
Obviously, @HighEliteMajor and I will soon be arguing about whether FBI agents should be able to earn more in endorsements and other outside income so they can get their real market value.
And I believe Silvio's guardian now has a glimmer as to where the first, and second, $20G ended up since we know he and all KU families would never accept an illicit dime.

The damage is done. I hope they actually clean up the game. If they leave it as is Arizona, Louisville, and KU (and others)got screwed. AND Nike got a major advantage. 🤔

I would be shocked if anyone got punished from these probes especially if Coach K is involved. The NCAA is about making money, they aint gonna post season ban half the top schools that make them that money. They'll prob make new rules as they should and just forgive the previous infractions.
I wrote before that the NCAA will likely declare a new beginning, grant a general amnesty for all past infractions and release a new set of stronger and more enforceable rules based on the recommendations of the Rice headed committee and every thing will be hunky dory. :smile:
