I wouldn't mind seeing Kendrick be a Goal Line and short yardage QB. But good to see him at the #2 Spot.

I actually like the idea of having a package with Kendrick installed. I don’t like that he announced it on the radio show, it’s kinda funny with all that he keeps under wraps and then release this. I would have waited and only used it if I had to against Nicholls. The Belldozer package worked fairly well for OU as did the 18 wheeler package for Texas and Colin Klein was used in short yardage spots before he started as well. People on Twitter are going nuts about how stupid it is, I think it could work and help us in the Redzone.

@kjayhawks Miles Kendick is not going to be used the same way Blake Bell or Klein were used. Those guys were 6'-5", 240lbs or bigger running those plays. They were essentially TE's with QB ability. That's not Kendrick, he'll be used to run zone reads in short yardage situations because of his quickness.

@Texas-Hawk-10 Right I’m not saying it will be exactly the same but Micheal Cummings wasn’t a big guy that was a good QB in short yardage. You don’t have to be 6’5 to run but it helps.
