Yes, there is going to be a season this year and I think KU might be pretty good.

The Big 12 announced its preseason awards today.

Hopefully Dedric wins the POTY award that matters. I get why they won't vote for a guy that hasn't played a single league game though.

Two K-Staters in the first team; I can't think of 2 Kansas State player being named to the first team in a long time. In their one year together Beasley made first team and was the conference POY but Walker only made All- Big 12 third team.

40+ years ago...I had not even been to Kansas; I knew it had to be a long time ago when KSU was pretty good in basketball and sucked in football.

@JayHawkFanToo It was a pretty good decade for KSU. First, Lon Kruger, overlapping Williams, overlapping Evans, overlapping Rolando Blackman. 5 Big 12 POYs among them from 1972-1981, 3 conf titles.
