No injuries plz

Nov 16, 2019 12:26 AM #2

@BShark

Agree , none wanted period. - - Really hope they keep that watchful eye over Moss, an injury in a Non-con game such as this- could really hurt down the line. - Would be nice if he cold rest a little more - - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Nov 16, 2019 12:38 AM #3

Get up 30, sit devon, doke and moss

Nov 16, 2019 12:52 AM #4

Silvio starting.

Nov 16, 2019 12:59 AM #5

Heeeere weeee gooooooooo.

Nov 16, 2019 01:05 AM #6

picture quality is crap. Thanks, AD Jeff.

Nov 16, 2019 01:05 AM #7

Monmouth is not good.

Nov 16, 2019 01:06 AM #8

Gonna have to be a little faster to keep up with Dotson.

Nov 16, 2019 01:07 AM #9

Dotson could win this one on five

Nov 16, 2019 01:07 AM #10

Nice to see Dotson seems 100% healthy.

Nov 16, 2019 01:07 AM #11

I was just thinking Ochai needs to be more aggressive, but not like that

Otoh they were paid for this.

Our next opponent is also a mid major but MUCH better.

Nov 16, 2019 01:10 AM #16

@BShark

Always need these games. Texas Tech plays about a dozen of them every year

Nov 16, 2019 01:11 AM #17

My wife just asked why we were even playing a team like this. I told her Kentucky plays teams like Evansville.

Mine is full HD and I can watch the game 1000 miles away. Thx Jeff!

D is stupid elite good.

Nov 16, 2019 01:13 AM #20

Dotson’s shot is not any better unfortunately

Nov 16, 2019 01:15 AM #21

@FarmerJayhawk Good point. I would have loved ESPN+ when I lived in Tennessee or Ohio

My pic quality has improved here in Lawrence. I'm probably lagging a few minutes by now though!

Nov 16, 2019 01:16 AM #22

KU is cooking. The misses from three have been solid looks.

Nov 16, 2019 01:17 AM #23

Has Doke ever made two FT on the same trip to the line?

Nov 16, 2019 01:17 AM #24

Oh no Tristan.

Nov 16, 2019 01:18 AM #25

I feel bad for that monmouth dude missing the layup.

Nov 16, 2019 01:18 AM #26

Let's wait to feel bad for them after we cream them.

Nov 16, 2019 01:18 AM #27

Isaiah Moss

Nov 16, 2019 01:19 AM #28

Doke's got the little jump hook going

Nov 16, 2019 01:19 AM #29

If Enaruna ends up being special I'd imagine his name will end up in some rap songs. It's fun to say.

Nov 16, 2019 01:20 AM #30

Monmouth may not reach 20

Nov 16, 2019 01:20 AM #31

@approxinfinity bitch I'm tristan?

Nov 16, 2019 01:20 AM #32

And our defense is worlds better this year

Nov 16, 2019 01:20 AM #33

I'll take the under on 20.

DanR said:

That was a lefty hook I believe. Not sure I’ve seen that from him.

Nov 16, 2019 01:21 AM #35

Reminder that this Monmouth team was up NINE on KSU at half in Mancrappin...

Nov 16, 2019 01:21 AM #36

Our defense is going to be elite.

Nov 16, 2019 01:23 AM #37

It's going to be interesting if we get back to playing elite d. We seemed to consciously go more and more toward high possession / high scoring games since 2012. I wonder if this is a sea change or just best available personnel.

Nov 16, 2019 01:23 AM #38

OKAY TRISTAN

Nov 16, 2019 01:24 AM #39

Guys, you might wanna get a guy on Braun.

Nov 16, 2019 01:24 AM #40

What can Braun do for [K]U?

Nov 16, 2019 01:25 AM #41

@approxinfinity need to TM that

Nov 16, 2019 01:26 AM #42

Yikes.

Nov 16, 2019 01:26 AM #43

Oh yeah. KU is huge.

Nov 16, 2019 01:27 AM #44

Enjoying watching Garrett distribute.

Nov 16, 2019 01:29 AM #45

Bill started line-up trolling early and Monmouth actually went on a run.

Hey all. Like our energy.
For those interested, Had another ct scan and Dr. requested a PET scan which I had yesterday. Got Good News from the doctor. No increased activity in the left lower lung and unlikely a tumor. Changes are related to the radiation. Dr. is very satisfied! Now I can go look for a new car. I want something reliable to go to the coast. We're watching #KU 🏀
Waiting on UPS to deliver a box of KU swag from the assistant to Coach that I've written for 12 years. Can't wait to see what she sent.

Nov 16, 2019 01:36 AM #58

Isaiah Moss

Nov 16, 2019 01:36 AM #59

Enaruna is going to be our best offensive player at some point. I don't think he'll last 4 years.

Nov 16, 2019 01:37 AM #60

The offense is generating reaaaally good looks.

Nov 16, 2019 01:37 AM #61

Not much of a chance of that with his measurables and so far the jumper is better then most thought it would be. 3 yr player max if lucky

Nov 16, 2019 01:46 AM #69

Nice hesitation by Braun on that pass.

Nov 16, 2019 01:47 AM #70

If Moss can shoot FT like that he's gonna get opportunities from the line end game... Half the team is an adventure from the stripe!

Braun has thick calves... freakishly long arms, like Grayson Allen without the tripping gene.

Nov 16, 2019 01:52 AM #82

Sit marcus and devon after the 12 minute mark. Let braun and moss run the show

Nov 16, 2019 01:53 AM #83

Initially, I thought this game was a waste of time. But, all the guys are getting to play and are playing well together.

Given we are already in advanced garbage time it's hard to say. You want to keep guys sharp but this team has been Pitt State bad. How early does Bill go to the walk-ons here?

I like Moss as a starter over Garrett once he’s 100%. Just flows a lot better with a deadeye shooter.

Nov 16, 2019 02:04 AM #95

That sounds like a bigass burger to be giving away for free. I guess winning by 50 is pretty rare.

Seems no restriction on Silvio on the perimeter.. shooting.. putting the ball on the deck... Foreshadowing?

Nov 16, 2019 02:15 AM #107

Nov 16, 2019 02:21 AM #113

BITE (bitch I'm Tristan Enaruna) with an ugly minute

Nov 16, 2019 02:22 AM #114

Dave just made Monmouth quit basketball

Nov 16, 2019 02:22 AM #115

DMac with the follow was nice

Nov 16, 2019 02:24 AM #116

Nice hard crossover by Marcus too. I never saw him as a real point guard until now. His handles seem tight.

Nov 16, 2019 02:24 AM #117

That Dave jumper looked nice.

Nov 16, 2019 02:25 AM #118

I know who should shoot any technical freebies. Moss. Dang pure.

Nov 16, 2019 02:26 AM #119

Could have 8 KU guys with over 20 points in this game

Nov 16, 2019 02:26 AM #120

Who the hell did Monmouth beat?

Nov 16, 2019 02:26 AM #121

McCormack enjoys beating up on creampuffs. I dig it.

Nov 16, 2019 02:27 AM #122

OH MY TRISTAN

Nov 16, 2019 02:27 AM #123

Woo boy!

Nov 16, 2019 02:27 AM #124

Tristan showed some emo !

Nov 16, 2019 02:27 AM #125

So next season should be pretty fun.

Nov 16, 2019 02:27 AM #126

Jesus Joseph and Mary

Nov 16, 2019 02:28 AM #127

Man. Mccormack looks really flatfooted and stiffkneed guarding the perimeter. He's bending forward at the waist with straight legs. Comical looking. I can't see that defense hanging with anyone with a quick first step.

Nov 16, 2019 02:28 AM #128

So kind of being lost in all of this is Ochai is really struggling

Nov 16, 2019 02:28 AM #129

I'm so loving this game

Nov 16, 2019 02:28 AM #130

Nov 16, 2019 02:47 AM #158

Brannen Greene out there for Monmouth?

Nov 16, 2019 03:02 AM #190

You can't really look like a bad-ass when you're losing by 55.

My favorite part was him yelling “I don’t give a f*ck”

Nov 16, 2019 03:03 AM #192

ha. he apologized to enaruna in the line. all good.

Nov 16, 2019 03:04 AM #193

Nice scrimmage. D looks solid.

One more till Maui.

Nov 16, 2019 03:04 AM #194

well I'm all ready to spew some hyperbole about Enaruna and Braun. I'm forcing myself not to, because its Monmouth.

Nov 16, 2019 03:06 AM #195

Tristan has been good all year. Not sure he gets to the point this year were he is giving you a ton of offense but he does a lot of good things that contribute to winning. He's much better than I expected.

I like these early games. Plenty of time to wind down. :D

Cheers. We're going to try to find an uncrowded restaurant In Larryville and get something to eat.

Nov 16, 2019 03:09 AM #201

@BShark He's a modern 4. Finally. We haven't had a 4 that could shoot like this since Marcus Morris, and he's better than freshman Marcus, with more faceup game.

Nov 16, 2019 03:15 AM #202

I'm glad KU held on tonight, that was a little too close to comfort for me, lol!

Nov 16, 2019 03:24 AM #203

Well dang , I looked and looked and tried and tried - and really couldn't find anything to complain about. - -Mercy , really like the flow - -of course always helps when you shoot the ball well but Man - looked really good.

I'm liking myself Some Tristian - man that kid is going to be really good before he is done - -just Athletic - - -smooth - just looks sweet.

Thinking I'm liking me some Mr Moss - -another guy that is really smooth. - Course like Coach said he isn't going to be that open in a lot of games - - I think he is possibly more comfortable here with us - -maybe not as much pressure to score because of others ya think?

Pretty good stats - - - 56 % from the filed - -47 % from the 3 - - 22 assists - -7 turnovers - -22-29 from the line = =Nice game guys - -looked really good. - Ya realize the competition play part but still we shoot like that we can be really - - -really good. - - -ROCK CHALK ALL NIGHT LONG BABY

You know - - Tristian just looks really comfortable on the floor - - really smooth - -he is going to be really sweet to watch -- I'm liking me some Tristian .

Coach Self already put us on alert - -saying he hopes the fans are up for the game Tuesday - -saying probably going to be a really tough game against MTS - - saying could be tough as Duke

Braun even got some good quality minutes - -might be helpful down the line - - Tristian is going to be really sweet before it's all said and done

I like this offense a lot when we are shooting well. I missed most the game, watched my Nephew get to the state Semis in football for the second straight year. Dipsh*t of the week award for George Papas for stealing it as dunking, what a tool bag!

Other than Wiggins being a lot more athletic and probably a little bit better shooter, what's the difference between him and Enaruna?

I’d say Enaruna plays harder and shoots better, Wiggins maybe the best athlete I’ve ever seen play in person.

That move was much worse than Greene’s , we already had the ball and it was a soft dunk in a rivalry game. This was just plain stupidity. If I was on the court, I would’ve tapped on the shoulder and pointed at the scoreboard while laughing.

Nov 16, 2019 04:53 AM #215

Just watched most of the game on replay, I’m fine with Garrett only shooting 4 times but Ochai didn’t look good on either side tonight. We could’ve beat this team 150 to 40 if we wanted. Keep shooting Ochai.

That is the perfect role for Marcus. Dominate on defense, drive the ball when available, and take a wide open 3 here or there.

his Coach wasn't to happy about it either. - -Then he has the set of - - - - - to try and start smack after he done it. - -like you said ummm - - don't bother to check the board there Trisquit - -that's just sad
