Every f'ing day is something new. Even here in Kansas, candidates running, kissing his rear end. He takes hydroxy, they take hydroxy. Are we so dumb and backwards? Didn't we learn from brokeback, and continue to learn what he did to our state and worse what he did to the foster system? And that's Christian?

@Crimsonorblue22 didn’t like Brownback but Kelly is destroying the foster system ten times as much as Brownback. The number of foster parents is dropping rapidly and it’s a numbers game to her, not about the kids in the slightest. -a foster parent for the last 8 years

@Crimsonorblue22 the state budget is definitely a mess and with BB none of that is shocking. we have had problems getting paid before. Their isn’t much money involved to us. St Francis pays most their employees little while the higher ups make bank for doing nothing. Children’s lives out weigh money to contractors except in Kelly’s eyes apparently.

@Crimsonorblue22 you’re article? Yes, unfortunately I am unable to release information otherwise I could give a several examples of Kelly’s failure and push to make numbers seem better regardless of situation. I have nothing positive to say about BB no question but Kelly is worse IMO.

I was Appropriations CoS at the time and the administration withheld all that from us. I was LIVID when I found out. It was money we appropriated for them in good faith to do what we asked, to run a competent foster care system that works first for kids and next for families.
