LOL. Yes. I've stayed in SLC 5 times in the last 15 years. It's not bad now. Was a little weird with the liquor laws/bars/breweries before, but they've relaxed a bit recently.

I don't get it. Literally the worst KU team effort I've seen since I've been a fan in the late 80s. Don't get me wrong, I'm cheering for them... but good grief it's not easy.
SEC game with less than 10 point spread and 3 minutes on the clock = 30 minutes, minimum.

That's about what I do most every day. "Three under 30" is my mantra at this point. 10min/mile. LOL. Oh well, just gotta keep moving.
I did run a Turkey Trot 5K this past Thanksgiving in 24:40, but my knees just can't take that pace every day. And if I run more than 5 miles, it just sets me back at this point, so no more longer runs. Kind of a bummer.
My 20 year old 19 minute 5K self would probably be very disappointed in my 59 year old version.
