video I recorded does not show dave throwing a punch. He push a cheerleader's or Garretts arm and pulled his arm back, but didn't punch anything. IMO. I am not a lawyer

I watched it about 20 more times. Love should be gone. Nothing was as bad as it first looked, and Fran freaking out made it seem much worse.

I watched it several times on replay. Silvio was a stupid for staring down the dude after the block, but he didn't start the fight.
