I'll be shocked if he's there after this season. He's doing all the same stuff Bruce Pearl did at Tennessee to get the fans, students, and players amped up. It worked with the players, but wore off with the angry, bitter, hater fans who just wanted to beat Kentucky. It was gross all around.

@Texas-Hawk-10 I was kind of thinking Thamba for Baylor might bloom at some point, but he just never really got any better over the years.

One of these guys or Udeh needs to step it up and at least be a Mitch Lightfoot guy who can come in and block a shot or set a screen/clear the lane. Luckily, there aren't many really skilled big men in the 6-10 to 7 footer range in the big 12 (that I can think of)

DaJaun too. He doesn't seem to be at his 100% level either... could just be in-conference teams know how to guard him better, but I hope he (and Self) can figure out a way for him to get more points and get the offense flowing better.
Hell, other than KJ, nobody has really played all that great in conference games.
The entire conference schedule is tough. Even after this go-around we have to play them all again, and then two of them again in the tourney. Kentucky might be the "easiest" game the rest of the year. One game at a time though.
I'm just glad the seeds of doubt have been planted in the Kstate players' heads after getting whipped by TCU. Tang can pump them up only to a certain point. The pressure is on them, not KU. It's their biggest game of the year, but just another road game for KU.
And, keep in mind, last year, we were down 16 at half...

@Kubie Honestly, other than not hitting a shot for 12 minutes in the second half, it wasn't that bad. If you bother to watch the entire game, look for any cheap fouls called on OU. I don't remember any. They benefited from a couple blown out of bounds calls though.
Moser bitching about free throws... I mean, the last 8 or 9 were from them fouling to stop the clock after they crapped the 10 point lead away
