I indicated during the game that he should be in. He is a streaky player and when he is on...he is on, Today's game favored his offense since Texas was not extending the defense once the press was broken and it definitely favored Greene's style.
I am curious on how HEM spins this game to take credit away from Self; I am guessing it will be Barnes poor coaching. ROTFLMAO.
KenPom's rankings don't even agree with other computer rankings; I think he has a KU and OU bias built in his algorithm, He is only one of two out 40 computer rankings that has OU ahead of KU and he has KU 8 spots behind OU.
Many 1-2 point games usually end up this way and more often than not the home team gets the call. For a change we got one at ISU a couple of years ago and you rermember how well that went...
The only team I am worried is still ISU, they are a bad match up for KU. KSU is playing surprisingly well and they always seem to get up for KU.
I posted before that with good PGs, the full court press is ineffective and often result in easy point once the press is broken.

He does have one Championship but the NCAA is a crap shoot with a lot of luck involved...
If KU wins 12 or 13 in row to tie or beat Wooden's streak, it would be one of the top 10 achievements in all sports, all-time. Wooden won most of his against much lesser competition. If KU is ready to win 12, the streak would be the talk of sports the entire season, no question about it.

I agree, most complete game of the year. Key stat, 3 TOs , 0 in the second half; it does not get any better.
Self is a sure first vote Hall of Famer, why would any one argue with what he does escapes me...he wins a better clip than any other coach, he must be doing something right.
32 point in the paint against the tallest team in the conference...HEM must be on life support...
