2015 Florida signee KeVaughn Allen will wait until Florida hires their next coach before making a decision on his future, per a source.

Hearing Florida has met or will meet with North Little Rock guard KeVaughn Allen today. If Self brought in Tevin Mack and KeVaughn Allen it would really kick it up a notch! I have heard from the rumor mill Self is interested in KeVaughn Allen if he transfers.

@BeddieKU23 You have to remember Smart walked out on his obligation for the kids that play for VCU so I don't believe that Mack has any obligation to follow him to UT. If KU is the better option in Mack's eyes he will commit to KU. Loyalty works both ways and Smart left him hanging first.

I have been following all of the 2016 KU recruits (or scholarship offers) and I could make a lot of assumptions based off of their twitter posts. Some of these kids are commenting heavily on UK so I could make the assumption that they are going to UK and that's how most experts decide on their CB predictions. Same with KU BUT if Cheick and Bragg are still around next year do you really think all of the big guys leaning towards KU will commit to KU? I doubt it. The CB is a good measuring stick when kids are talking BUT if their not (like Brown, and Wiggins) most of the picks are just band wagon picks because some kid says they had a great official visit and said they loved the coach and program.

@BeddieKU23 The crystal ball does not mean anything to me any more! That same crystal ball had Brown at a 5% chance to end up at Cali. Most of those experts follow ever high school athlete in every sport so when they see someone closest to the source make their predictions everyone jumps on the band wagon. Doesn't mean that expert has any relevant information. Could be a gut feeling which obviously means nothing.

I have started hearing rumblings of KeVaughn Allen being a flight risk. He would make another good addition if he wanted to ride the pine this entire year? Add in Brown or Mack and that's a pretty solid class. Wishful thinking.

My latest predictions:
Jaylen Brown- Michigan
Thon Maker- Arizona State
Tevin Mack- Kansas

The 5 position is one item I would like some input on. There are some of you that understand things far more in depth than I do here so here goes. Diallo's standing reach is 9'1" which is the same standing reach or greater as Zimmerman (Tarik Black has an 8'11" standing reach). Diallo is not as tall but theoretically should be just as effective playing the 5 as Zimmerman. I believe Diallo can probably jump higher, is more athletic, and has a 7'4" wing span so shouldn't signing Diallo be more significant than almost all of the 2015 OAD 5's? If your finger tips measure the same height as a 7 footer than you are basically the same height in basketball terms since you don't play with your head. If you are rebounding a ball you only have to jump the same distance as the 7 footer so BINGO right? DID we sign someone that can compete at the 5 when we landed Diallo?

Next up Tevin Mack, I think our chances are better with Mack more so than anyone else left in the top 100. Should be a good 4 year relationship for all of you older more sentimental fans that like watching players develope. HCBS is said to have paid Mack a visit this week and my sources tell me KU is a strong candidate for his services. I have infiltrated his inner circle similar to Diallo so I actually have good info on this kid.

I believe next years team will resemble the 2010-2011 team that was favored to win it all. No 7'ers but but similar to the Morri and T-rob we have Ellis, Diallo, and Bragg. I guess we will see how these 3 stack up to the FOE team? Those are some large shoes to fill but there is some resemblance Marcus the shorter twin and Ellis the shorter 4 on this years team will lead in scoring followed by Diallo the taller but not as polished 5 similar to how we played the Morri. With HOPEFULLY quality bench minutes from Bragg similar to T-Rob (and I am not compairing the 2 lol). Our back court is just as good if not better the 3rd 4th and 5th leading scorers on that team were Reed, Taylor, and Selby. I believe Mason, Selden, and Svi could be just as or possible more effective than the 2010-2011 back court.

I like our chances next year and I think Brown would take it to the next level BUT he has broken the silence and is starting to talk. Its looking like MU and UK are the biggest possible destinations for him. Tevin Mack seems more realistic for KU. I guess we will see?

@JayHawkFanToo YES. He has all of the information one would need to make a decision at this juncture in his recruitment. He is enjoying all of the media attention. He went from having 10-15 tweets an hour to 100-150 an hour.

@jaybate-1.0 I too have been watching Brown and trying to get anything on his school of choice. I have found a lot of Brown impersonators and Brown insiders BUT no one really knows where he will end up? Its like Wiggins recruitment as far as people assuming he is going to UM or UK just because they think UM (family) and UK (Cal) everyone thinks Cal is going to use his magic fishing pole and land Brown. Before this year UK fans just expect him to go out and land big fish. Its not happening late in the fishing season though lol. Brown wants to go to an Adidas school, Brown wants to win, Brown KNOWS his best shot at both is KU. If you were Brown and you had the WORLD watching you similar to Wiggins then you bask in the spot light for a short period longer and commit to KU. KU is the logical leader of the teams still on his short list other than the family factor and Adidas affiliation UM. The real race is UM and KU. I don't believe UK is neck and neck with UM and the twitterverse is going crazy with Bragg and Diallo working Brown over atm. My bet is KU at this time and until he says other wise I believe he will join KU.

I don't have it locked in on when he will commit like I did on Cheick but I will do my best!
