At the risk of being called a dirty Commie, I always thought that America The Beautiful makes a better national anthem. Easier to sing, too.
Speaking of dinner, I'm curious about what's in everybody's Super Bowl spread.

On last night's Saturday Night Life, cast member / KC native Heidi Gardner was rocking a Mahomes jersey during a sketch about Super Bowl parties.
Up in Canada, CBC-TV's national newscast Friday had a long feature interview with lineman Laurence Duvernay-Tardif from Montreal. Of course, he took this year off to serve in a long-term care home.
And as long as we're talking about doing good works, props to Russell Wilson for winning this year's Walter Payton Man Of The Year Award !
Kelly had himself a night ! 40 points, with 7 of 10 from 3. Wiggins had 18.

Wiggins a little off tonight vs. Dallas, but Oubre's making up for it. Already has 22 points at halftime with only 9 players suiting up for the Warriors.
Nobody's playing any D though...76-74 at the half. (First team to 200 wins ?)
I thought it was a pipe dream, but if this keeps up, we might pass UK in all-time wins by season's end, or next season at the latest. We've already made up 7 of the 16-game deficit we had at the start of the year.
Needed a confidence builder going into WVU.

Vegas should do an over-under on how soon in every game the announcers bring up the NCAA probe.

Pretty much, only teachers that can get a vaccine right now are ones in the high risk categories.
Out here a couple of the hospitals got busted for letting donors "jump the line" for vaccine.

I'm signed up to get mine thru my provider...gotta wait a month though, due to the backup. Still better than waiting overnight in a line of cars, only to find out they ran out of vaccine. Happening a lot out here.
