Watching Baylor last night made me wish we had Udoka back.

Twitter filled with Svi GIF's.
The whole world is laughing this morning. Last night, landon, Josh and Svi were all cracking up at the question of a walk at the Post Game interviews.

You just don't get it. • Jan 04, 2017 02:09 PM

The new coaches Dixon and Beard have left their calling cards. I've led the jokes about Weber, but his dismissal of Foster and grooming Wade and others have put him back in the tournament. Like Self, it's his way or the highway. We all thought that OU, OSU, ISU and the loss of Williams at WVU would make this a cakewalk. We gloss over Ben McLemore's banked three and other miracles over these last 12 years. We don't have time to be snob's this year. ROCK CHALK!

ESPN lead story this morning was entitled "Walk Chalk."

What is freaking me out is that Baylor is ranked #2 in the nation in the AP. KU IS #2 in the Coaches poll. Bleacher Report BPI ranking's has West Virginia as the #1 team in the country. Yet we continue to hear about how the best teams are on the East Coast.

For Frank to win, I suspect he should be part of the Final Four.

@ralster I look upon him being a resident there. Just using the Wikipedia. I'm sure he was probably friends with a youthful Walter Cronkite back in St. Joe.

Things can be rather boring when State plays at AFH, but when we go to Bramlage, something, not really hatred, but something about beating up a supposed bully who disrespects them, because we don't even think about them, seems to be their M.O. When I was young, K-State was an equal to KU in Basketball. They had good coaches and great players. Kruger, Richmond, Henson. Somehow they started to excel at football with Snyder and we decided to grab ahold of our history, the legacy of the inventor of basketball and the father of coaching. Coach Allen was responsible for the NCAA Tournament which was held almost every year in kansas City. He and Hank Iba made this part of the country the hotbed of basketball. Huggie brought in some OADS which he was able to recruit in an fashion that allowed him to do things that others weren't able to, because he wasn't even in coaching when Beasley and Walker came to the Little Apple. When the Beasley and Walker group won for the first time in a gazillion years and the players stood on the scorers table to recieve the adulations given to a God by the fans who go back to Kansas City for Christmas and hear jokes about their school. I understand that, The court storming for every one of their victories since then bewilders me. If you are good, act like it.

KU is a 12 point favorite at home.

If Bruce Weber wins enough Conference games to make the Tournament, he will not only keep his job, but probably get and extension.

A cottage industry has grown over the years involving how the two schools feel about each other.

RED RYDER - Man we are old aren't we?

Welp another early upset • Dec 31, 2016 05:05 PM

I think TCU will be in the Tournament this year.

I had a bad feeling about this game before the tip. Dixon can coach, and they are paying him over three million to do what he did in the ACC at Pitt. TCU's strength of schedule was tougher than Tech and K-State. I was very surprised that they were sold out. Winning on the road anywhere in the Big 12 is hard. People get up for KU at their house. Ask Ford, ask Huggie. ESPN, of course, pumped up the big wins by WVU and Baylor and deservedly so, but to sell advertising, the big story was "What's wrong with Kansas!" This happens every year. It is a tremendous miracle every year to win the Conference. Last year we were down two games behind WVU, and we won. We've shared a number of these 12 titles with other teams, (K-State). This has been the beauty of KU basketball. Win on the road whether or not you are playing well, finding a way to win. 4 losses will win the Big 12 this year.

KU only a 4.5 point favorite against TCU • Dec 30, 2016 11:59 PM

I'm always a little nervous before a KU game. I'm nervous because they've been on a mini vacation. I'm nervous because Doke isn't there, I'm nervous because Coach Self Missed Practice because he's been sick. Like @KUSTEVE I'm 84% sure that we will win. We haven't seen them play in over a week. The reality that we are the circled team on everyone's calendar has always let me know that KU does not sneak up on anyone,
