Check the forum time stamps. It was about 14 minutes. Ultimately though it's about having fun during the game so it doesn't matter how many there are.

Well it's a reflection of how boring this site has become unfortunately.

Dave was off early with a couple bad possessions. Dave was wide open and Marcus appeared to look right at him and didn't pass it to him, and then forced it to him too late and turned it over.

Enjoying Harris' contributions thus far

The lineup of Harris Marcus Ochai Wilson and Mitch was working. Aside from a bad Harris 3, and a board and slam by Sims, they competed. Nice to see Harris bringing ball up. This is first time I've seen this. Bill subbed out Harris and the Longhorns stretched the lead.

Mitch with a couple big blocks. Playing with heart. If only Enaruna had progressed at an even pace from last year.

Okay, force fed to Dave for a bricked 10 footer for the 5th time. Can we not?

Marcus seemed to draw the "beat up Sims and take him out of his comfort zone" assignment. Appeared that he punched him in the balls accidentally on one end and then caught him with a forearm across the face accidentally when boxing out on the other.

Braun a non factor. Would have liked to have seen Harris in longer. We were still in the game before he got the long ride on the pine.

the thing with Harris in is - - just another non scorer , no threat teams sag off you saw how wide open he was on his three point attempt. Your playing four on five , just like people talk about Marcus we can't have Harrison there for extended periods of time that's for sure

When Braun is a non factor this team cannot beat good teams. His good games are great but his bad games, well at least he is a sophomore and will be here 4 years.

He seems to have a mental block against better competition. It isn't all physical imo.

you're absolutely right .I thought about mentioning that very thing in that post where I elaborated on us being a good team. I'm assuming that Braun will show up when we get to tourney time, but given a few off nights recently, that assumption may no longer be correct.

Honest question what's a realistic expectation for this year? I guess what I'm asking is does anyone see this team taking a big leap forward by tourney time?

@hawk4life It can. We could have kept that game close if we played the right personnel, and we could have won if we were hitting 3s. But thats ideal circumstances.

I think the team partied too hard at New Years and never caught up on sleep. They looked sluggish and very confused out there. Going 3-23 from 3 isn’t what this team is.

I love Braun, maybe my favorite player on the team but he is still a young player. I guess we forget he is a new starter sometimes as well. The way this team is set up Braun has to play well or things sputter.
