If we cut the turnovers in half we would of beat them by 20 plus I'm optimistic this team can figure it out and finish the season strong

Love Bill Self but we needed a good recruiting class this year and they did not deliver. Specifically they should have landed a high end point guard with plenty of minutes to offer and just wiffed completely. We are KU on a year were we need to infuse talent the class coming in next year is unacceptable.

I agree he is our best option. We've had some really good pg's so maybe I'm holding him to unfair expectations, either way this loss wasn't just on him you're right about that. Side note how much would Jeremiah Robinson Earl help this team, that recruitment really hurt. We'll be alright though.

@jayballer67 Ya I see the stat and he is not all to blame, but when i watch i just don't see it. Love his defense and he is strong with the ball. I just don't think he is a great creator or scorer and that's a problem for us.

We need athletic bigs and a quality true pg we are good at the 2 and 3 spot

Honest question what's a realistic expectation for this year? I guess what I'm asking is does anyone see this team taking a big leap forward by tourney time?

Dont get me wrong I like a lot of Marcus's game but I'm not sure he really does anything to create for others and I think we can all agree not much of a shooter. Kind of a bad combo for a point guard

I think the problem is David and Marcus would be good number 2's at their position's but as starters not good for us.
