Just saw on the ol news wire that formerly signed jayhawk Issac mcbride has left Vanderbilt to suit up for oral Roberts. I completely forgot about that kid.

Quit KU pretty quickly. He can really shoot it but as he is finding out, big boy leagues are pretty tough. I think he can kill it at ORU.

Super Christian. Oral Roberts is a Christian school. Makes sense.

I see he has put on some weight. I always wondered if he was a bit too small for P5. The margin of error is so thin if you are below 6-3 or below 180 pounds. There are exceptions, of course, but you have to be an absolute stud at that point.

Who would be considered one of the fastest guards under Self who could take it to the rim.

Some names come to mind:

Mason

Sherron

Devon

Tyshawn

@AsadZ I’d put my money on Dotson probably…

Dotson is a pretty good bet. I think Sherron at peak condition is probably the closest, then Tyshawn. All four were very fast with the ball. Elmarko will be entering this conversation, barring injury.

I do have nightmares about Frank vs. Kentucky.

I'd have to say Devon

Sherron is hands down, without a doubt, the absolute fastest, fat man to play point guard for KU.

I think Dotson is the fastest in terms of dribbling from one end to the other. Taylor was second, Frank and Sherron both were great at seeking contact and finishing. But I don’t overall speed was insane with them.

1- Dotson 2- Frank 3-Tyshawn 4-Sherron. Could be wrong on Frank and Tyshawn, but I remember Frank better than Tyshawn.

Devon was certainly fastest, however, I think TT was slightly better at taking it to the rim with speed for a bucket.

TT is also few inches taller than Dot.
