Weather may play some role in the game tomorrow question is will it benefit us or hurt us ? - - Calling high of 43 degrees,70 % of rain in the afternoon - -but when in the afternoon is going to play a role. - Winds out of the North East 10-15 MPH.

I think if the rain moves in early then might be more beneficial for us then Oklahoma, just might effect their passing game some. - -I think that we might be better in our running game a even Oklahoma insiders have said they have not been able to really get their running game going a lot this year. -- -I know it's a stretch but hey any advantage we can get never hurts.

Bottom line though I'm just afraid they a little to much - I think it will be like Oklahoma 35- -KU 24

I REALLY want us to win, but the realist in me says OU - 58 / KU - 17.

@nuleafjhawk What is sad is we could be in the game for 2.5 quarters and this still be the result. Just not sure we are at the UT/OU level yet. We will see if we've made it up the the KSU level yet, though I'm concerned because being at the KSU level means being competitive in those games with the upper echelon and even winning a few. We got UT a couple of years ago but not sure that was representative of our true place in the pecking order. I do think KU's offense will score 24+ so I'll say 45-24 with a close game throughout but OU pulling away late.

I think we're close to being a consistent Top 25 team, but we're not quite there. But the progress we've seen with LL in just 3 years has been mind boggling.

I don't think it's that crazy given what we just saw from Bean in the previous two plays

I love Bean, but that's 7 with JD6.

Getting a stop coming out of the half will be key. Let them go score a TD and it will feel out of reach. Key plays that hurt us Mason’s third down drop, Beans miss on a wide open TD and Wilson’s fumble. We are probably up 21-14 with us making those.

Bigger than not having Daniels issue maybe is that we are missing our DTs and can't stop the run. We are going to have to do better in the 2nd half and hope for some penalties or turnovers to get our defense off the field.

OU's strategy of letting us score that last TD seemed faulty at the time. OU held KU out all day at the goal line. NFL teams can drive the distance in 55 sec but that's not easy for a college team. Even with the questionable pass int call.

@FarmerJayhawk The last time KU beat OU was my freshman year at KU. My parents and grandparents came down to watch KU play OU - I think it may have been an orientation deal. Only game they ever went to. Hell of a treat in the bleak Terry Allen days.

Coach saidwe neve played good in Ames. - -was ask also about mostly starting QB'S - his response was e are not even to that point -- -were getting closer , Jalen is working on things but were not at that point yet. - -Saying when we are we probably talk about it as much and that when the time comes Jalen will be the starter.

Sounds like to me Jalen is not thee yet, hell who knows but that statement makes it sound like not sure if he is a go Saturday or not.
