Haters cmere. Front and center. Tonight was extremely telling how important he is to this team. They looked frequently disjointed on both ends.

@BShark I know this , they wouldn't of has 10 turnovers in the first half. - -KJ made some big plays in his return

@BShark What parts?

We turned it over 17 times at at tcu and d2 was atrocious

Nothing says tonight he easily could have put up yet again another crap game

Turned it over 12 times today and managed to score 91 making 10 threes yet only shot 21 versus their 36….

Huh maybe fools gold is not actually fools gold?

Can’t believe this is a daily discussion with people still defending d2 and dolla bills staff can’t comprehend what every nba and top ncaa teams do well which is score

I don't care what the haters think. They have a right to be wrong. What I do care about is DaJuan getting healthy so he can make our team better, whether all our fans understand how he helps us or not.

The question for me isn't about his value to the team. You take the PG off any team, and they will play badly. If last night's team had played flawless without Harris there would be people confirming that he isn't valuable, but we have a 1 game sample on what was probably a last-minute thing.

What we don't have again for the 3rd year in a row is someone can run the offense when he's not in the game. That's not on Juan.

@Jhawk69 How are the haters wrong?

Dolla bill has stuck with a pg who he should have recruited over

This pg has lead us to the worst record in 2024 under dolla bill

What exactly are you correct about?

Based on the roster that dolla bill constructed d2 needs to play

I want to see three bigs and d2 at pg before we act like it was obvious he was missed. I mean if you thought the paint was packed last night they guarded shak and diggy but teams won’t guard d2

The screenshots and l’s are gonna be throw up worthy

The ball handling in the first half in particular was almost comical. I swear twice I remember guys just falling down while dribbling the ball with a little pressure on them. Storr passes a ball to a guys face from like 3 feet away. Someone jumps to make a pass thinking he's DaJuan and there's no one open to throw to.

Thought I'd share so you guys could have a nice chuckle. I saw a reddit comment arguing that us losing (barely, to Houston) with DaJuan then winning (also barely, against UCF) without him these past two games proves that he makes us worse. 😂

@Jhawk69 we are undefeated without Juan yet have 5 losses with him 🤣

Also sounds like a chance that both Roach and Love return today for Baylor.

Feb 01, 2025 08:21 PM #13

@Texas-Hawk-10 Just checked Baylor Boards just now and Pete Thamel , ask Coach Drew if they were playing he said they would go through shoot arounds and then decide would be a game time decision

I wouldn't count on Love playing

Feb 01, 2025 08:36 PM #14

Hanni says they arent

Feb 01, 2025 08:36 PM #15

Well that's very fortunate

Now 2nd all time in assists. Won't catch Miles but imagine he will stick in that spot for a while

Helps having the covid year

All I was told is he’s a winner whether in practice or games. The issue is the last 3 years we’ve done some of the least amount of winning in actual games for decades so I’m thinking self puts way too much emphasis on practice W’s versus actual elevating his players and helping them all play their best to win
