@approxinfinity I agree. From a Chicago Jayhawk perspective it's been a few rough years. The Sox disaster, the Bears disaster, Bulls disaster, Blackhawks disaster, Jayhawks disaster and Badgers disaster has made the last few sports years rough from my perspective. I've always been able to rely on the hooping Jayhawks to make me happy to be a fan, except for the 3 years since the championship.

Thank you. I had a good day yesterday. Obviously difficult given what happened this year. Spent it back with my mom and my now one brother so just the three of us for this now. There is a lot more family in Michigan but with my mom turning 70 this year that travel is rather unappealing.

@BShark when i see your mom is only 70 i am slightly jelly tbh. I know its tough, but everythings always a matter of perspective, I tell myself. Glad you guys could get together.
