KU should/ could have had 8 or 9 wins this year but the only way we're going bowling this year is if they all head down to Royal Crest Lanes (I Googled it, don't know if that's still a valid place)

K-State has had their worst season in 1,000 years (you know what I mean) and barring a Colorado Christmas miracle - they're going to a bowl game.

The Chiefs were abysmal this season. They won't make the playoffs, but thank God that Mahomes is a billionaire. Kelce too, via Miss Swift. I'm so happy for them. 🙄

I suppose the damn Buffalo Bill's will win the Super Bowl...

I actually am a little fond of the Bears. Because I'm old and have the Gale Sayers/Bobby Douglas KU ties.

@wissox Crazy to think if we would finished those games they are trying to rename the stadium after Lance.

Counterpoints: Our program is no longer what it was between 2009 and 2021.

Great win vs the Eagles. I was happy to see it. Very much do not like the Eagles coach.

@wissox No I didn't know just makes it all that much better, probably it's all good just like how I hate vegetables & Da Bears colors are so blah & boring.

@wissox If he hadn't had the knee injury he would have re-written the record books. He made moves that just couldn't be made. Even if he were playing in this Era his knee would probably have been as good as new in a few months.

Note - he is the youngest player ever elected to the NFL Hall of Fame.

I believe he was inducted around age 35. Crazy. It’s really incredible how quickly Ben has turned things around. Poles has made some great trades (eg fleecing the Panthers for Bryce Young) and drafted well too. But the culture and execution has done a 180 in less than a year. As Caleb continues to get better Da Bears will be a force for years to come in the ole Norse division

@FarmerJayhawk Yeah I agree. He has instilled a winning culture and yesterday it really seemed to sink into heads that they can win. They've had such an easy schedule that a lot around here have predicted major downfall the last 6 games and well, they're now 1-0 in those 6 games!

Maybe we can all get together for a K-State Bowl party watch!
