Ya I know, but I get really really tired of hearing Vitale suck up to the ACC, it's just wreaks. - The announcer talking about Rhode Island and of course gold ol Dicky V takes the opportunity to make the ingenious statement - - I'll tell you about Duke my friend - - Duke is ALWAYS going to get everyone's best shot - - -WTH, what the hell -- what kind of statement is that? - -I mean that's like saying you wanna know what? -- I think the sun is coming up tomorrow. - - But it's like any other school isn't going to get a teams best shot. - - If your any blue blood NOT just DUKE - -your gonna get their best shot. But it's not just that statement, it's he repeatedly says this crap about Duke - - or North Carolina over, and over, and over So come on out bring a friend should be a great Wedding. -- I know this, Dickie V is going to take DUKE best shot - - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

@jayballer54 yeah he is a cheerleader. Someone should hand him some pom poms!! You know, everyone (like Dickie V today) keeps talking about how Giles is going to play, but there is no timetable set and he has not played so far this year. Bolden and Tatum both played in the exhibitions, so they will be back. Giles is an unknown.

@HawkChamp You know and ya I'm sure it will happen, cause YES they are very good players they keep talking about how scary good they will be - - - -will they? - - more then likely yes - - -But come on now let's not put these guys in the hall of fame before they have played ONE minute of College basketball. Again hell ya they are good - -but college basketball is full of really good players.

Big difference from being able to take candy from a baby in high school to major college Basketball. That's why we have a Basketball Season - -other wise hell let's not even waste our time and have a Season - -WE all see how loaded they are, so let's just air ship the NC
AA trophy and call it good.

You all know I'm being very Sarcastic but let's at least play it out. As we all know come NCAA tourney time there is a lot of things that go into play. - - Who's playing their best ball, Missed jumper Here, Missed Jumper there, Bad Call here, Bad Call there, one team just having a bad night. the other team having an exceptional night, It's a ONE game thing - - One bad night and your out - -whether during the season you were head and shoulders above the rest of the College Basketball teams or not
In a seven game series ya Duke probably wins 6-7 times - - but it is a ONE game series anyways let's play ot out and see - - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

I just can't stand his voice. Didn't watch a minute of the Duke game today tbh.

Giles is a very skilled player that might end up being a big asset for Duke...or he could be the next Greg Oden, NBA edition.

I like Dicky V. I wouldn't watch Duke play anyone other than us or the Badgers so I don't worry about it too much. He says a lot of nice things about us as well. Now Musberger, yuck, don't get me started!

Vitale has become a caricature of a caricature of himself. I've read enough stories about Vitale that his on air personality is 100% shtick so I'm not as annoyed by him as others are.

I can not stand him what so ever idk how many games of ours he's called and spent most of it talking about how great duke is. That cant be positive for recruiting, also you cant understand wtf he is saying half the damn time. Just my 2 cents.

Sad to say... but I think I may have more connections in the Duke program than in my own Kansas program... thanks to family members.

I will say this... Duke is really EXPECTING to win another National Championship this year, perhaps more than in any previous year.

Anything less than a National Championship will spell disaster for the Blue Devils (or should I say Demons).

I believe the hype is every bit the hype we got when we had Wigs and JoJo. I am pleased that we are not getting too over-hyped so far. The Indiana loss seemed to help us from that.

We should take all that Duke hype and pile it on our chip. It is OUR TURN to take home the trophy.

Duke when healthy is rightfully the favourite by a big margin. The key is when healthy.

I honestly believe that we will one day learn that Dick Vitale has Duke tattooed on to one side of his ball sack, and UNC tattooed on the other.
