NOVA UVA STONE AGE HOOPS

Completely unwatchable. I tried...

Jan 29, 2017 07:00 PM #2

@BShark

Me too I'm resorting to play by play now. Nova down 9 at half..

And nova getting a little medicine thrown back at them. A freshman Jerome has been making rainbow's from 35 feet.

@BShark kudos for trying

Jan 29, 2017 07:07 PM #4

Also to note, Jenkins and Hart have struggled in this half. Usually Nova doesn't get both of its stars playing bad. KU is the same way, we can't really afford Mason/Jackson having off nights against good teams. Margin for error is just too thin

Lol I watched a few minutes and it was to slow. Interesting to see where the rankings go. If Nova loses this one, I don't see them staying ahead of us and Baylor. With our big win I bet it's something like Gonzaga, KU, Baylor, Arizona, Nova.

Jan 29, 2017 07:50 PM #6

Back to back to back 3s by Nova and it's a one point game. Hart thought to be Masons main competitor for POY has 8 points with 1/7 from the field

@BeddieKU23 they have continued to struggle. Virginia might be able to pull it off

choke job central by virginia

I went to MSU UM for a bit. Give me a Nick Ward any day of the damn week.

Jan 29, 2017 08:09 PM #10

@BeddieKU23 yep completely collapsed

24-3 free throw advantage in a game where points are at a premium? Hmm...

Jan 29, 2017 08:54 PM #12

Watching a bit of UW UA. I would be furious with Romar if I were a UW fan. You can see the talent is there, but they are so poorly coached.

Jan 29, 2017 08:57 PM #13

@BShark why would a decent player go there? Just to waste a year?

Jan 29, 2017 09:47 PM #14

@BShark I hope you didn't watch UW-Rutgers yesterday. We (badgers) were losing 25-20 at the half, 8 minutes into the 2nd half Badgers were winning 27-25. Yep, Rutgers went 10 minutes without scoring a point! And UW was brick city, but had a stirring comeback from 9 down with 4 minutes to go to go to OT and wrapped it up in OT.

Ethan Happ scored 32 of the 50 some points the Badgers scored. He singlehandedly destroyed Rutgers. So it was not scintillating basketball at all.

Can we get these refs into Lawrence by Wednesday?

@BShark

Be careful with what you wish. The way KU games have been called lately we probably end up at the wrong end of the 24-3...:smiley:

@BShark Miami/UVA?

Feb 21, 2017 01:27 AM #19

@brooksmd This is an old thread. But you are right - Miami and Virginia are playing now. This game was just as unwatchable. 20-19 AT THE HALF.

Feb 21, 2017 01:36 AM #20

@RockChalkinTexas

Want to talk about unwatchable? You should have seen the NBA All-Star game yesterday. The 192-182 score says it all.

Feb 21, 2017 01:41 AM #21

@brooksmd

Yep. Looks like we are going to have a winner that won't reach 50 points....

Feb 21, 2017 02:08 AM #22

@JayHawkFanToo Had NO desire to watch that :shit: show!

Feb 21, 2017 02:10 AM #23

Miami 47-46 with 1:32 in OT to play. Geez. I would want a refund on my tickets having to sit through that.
