5 little questions.
Jun 26, 2018 06:24 PM #1
  1. Will this finally be the year with little NCAA drama? If it is will some still claim the NCAA is out to get us?

  2. Are we going to lose 3 true home games again? In one season, ever?

  3. When will people end the childish argument about Lebron or MJ being the greatest and acknowledge that Wilt is actually the greatest?

  4. Which most recent KU draftee will make a team?

  5. Who will be our greatest threat to pretend to end our 14 in a row streak?

  6. If a Jayhawk was a real bird would it fly around Missouri?

@wissox I will take a stab only at number 6:

I believe Jayhawks, if real birds, would carefully try to fly over Missouri whenever possible.

Wait, what do you mean a Jayhawk is not a real bird?

@mayjay So if it did fly over, would it at least dump its' 'cargo' over Missouri, specifically Columbia?

  1. I think Billy Preston has the best shot to stay in the NBA.

@mayjay lots of bird poop

@wissox I am with you about Wilt

  1. There will always be something with the NCAA.

  2. Doubtful. KU rarely loses more than maybe 1 home conference game, and we typically don't host a true home game against a non-con that can beat us.

  3. Never. It's a two man race. Wilt put up all time great individual numbers, though.

  4. Probably Devonte because a solid backup PG is valuable, but I wouldn't be surprised if Newman found a way onto a roster long term with his scoring ability.

  5. TCU will probably finish second in the conference.

  6. Neither. Lives in Kansas. Flies south for football season, but that's about it. No need to fly over Missouri at all.

Lebron is the greatest basketball player of all time. Too bad he wasn't a Jayhawk.

1) No. It's now an annual event.

2) If we play as bad as we did in those 3 games, then yes. But no, we won't lose any games at home.

3) I know it's a longshot, but I'm thinking Charlie Moore goes through a growth spurt, grows 2 feet taller, and ends up beating out Joel Embiid for NBA player of the decade in the future.

4) All 4 of them ( although only 2 were actually drafted).

5) That would be the Silo Tech Apes. Hopefully, we can give them at least 3 losses again next year.

6) Mizzourah is pretty fowl, so the Hawks may fly over to drop some butt bombs. Maybe they try to target a Baldknobber or two.
