So, Bruce....As your Campus Sexual Assault Reporting Compliance Advisor, I believe you need to report yourself for these admitted assaults to the Office of Campus Protection.

We note that you have stated that the sexual assaults by lipping made the recipients "feel good." If consent is to be your defense, it appears that you need to contact the Title IX Compliance Director because you have offered sexual benefits only to the male student athletes associated with the KSU Men's Basketball Program. However unlikely it might be that any woman would have desired such a buss, nevertheless offering favors solely to males without ensuring an equivalent availabilty of slobber to females is a clear violation.
