@JayHawkFanToo There are a lot of folks thinking the same thing! Several items have come to light this past week; Forbes ranking of fb teams by money spent and of course we are number one. The article Keegan wrote about Rock Chalk park cutting bathrooms and concessions on one side. Someone didn't do a very good job of representing KU. Nothing says classy like port-a-potties!

Coach Self always does what's best for KU. He says no and I say no. I saw the last border war game, it was awesome! I'd put money on Self vs Marshall in anything! He's such a drama queen!
Every since the ANGRY Gregg Marshall called us chicken hawks at a pep rally, I want nothing to do w/WSU! I like watching the team play hard, but Marshall has no class!
Omg! Yes! I live to close to Wichita, tired of their ANGRY coach! Worse for me are all the snippy comments from the ksu fans. I never rub it in, and I really can't say anything, YET.

I hope he does figure it out! If any coach can, he will. Do you think they will change these new calls? Can they go back, and would it have to wait til next year?
Strongly think our kids knew when they picked KU they bought in to playin D. When we played zone sat. It took awhile for Co. To adjust. That's one reason to change it up now and then. Also zone needs to be played while keeping man to man principles. I'd rather stay in man, but if you have trouble guarding the drive or in foul trouble it's worth the time.
As for us against a zone, we have always done so well attackin that most teams don't stay in it long. Puzzling we couldn't or didn't adjust to it.

I'd rather see Lucas w/more minutes in the 5 spot, w/Ellis. Lucas seems to be so fundamentally sound. Watching CF w/ball he seems to be thinking w/every catch, " is this in the flow?"
I didn't think it was a fun game! A million things come to mind, but for one we can't be in a position where those lucky shots cost us a game! Or the inconsistency w/the whistles. I just can't buy the young reason. Do we want a team where 4 jhawks simply let wiggins take it to the rim and carry us? We all know he can, that's what I think wiggins is struggling w/. I just want to see a little more fire, dang do I miss releford! I think Greene is the most talented of the wings, but I don't know if coach has the patience for him to grow on the court. Any opinions on our asst. coaches? Are we missing Dooley? I also wonder if the frosh know we are Kansas, teams have no problem getting up for us. Rock Chalk!
My son and I were at the last border war game, down 19, even took off my new ku socks at half time- THAT was entertainment!

Agree completely! I love that Wiggins takes pride in playing great defense and begs coach to do so! These KU recruits know exactly what Self expects .

I firmly believe that NBA scouts would be thrilled if their player was in Bill Self's system. Wiggins picked KU for a reason. We all know what Parker and Randle can do. Wiggins is so young, he's only beginning to scratch the surface. I think he was truly sick last weekend. let's hope to see more hustle from the whole team!

@nuleafjhawk, Kinda weird, I have Cox and have been one of the lucky fans to get games. We're headed to western ks, where my diehard j- hawk relatives have not be so fortunate. But...... Thursday, they get that weird channel on direct tv. Very happy! I'm sure we could could set a few extra places at the table!
