Watching North Carolina right now. Honestly, the crispness,speed and intelligence that they play with is what I hoped our guys would do. They look like what I expect from a veteran team.

1. This loss sucks and blows - in that order.

2. Hope we play better next week.

@HighEliteMajor I am with you - I don't give a flip about the conference tourney. It really is a waste of time. The loss today was a great reminder for our guys that they need to play good defense to win. Can't just hope the other team misses.

If they make it to the final four, no one will remember or care. If not, well then plenty of discussion will arise.

Lunardi now has us as the 3rd one seed. There is a definite possibility we could lose the one seed.

@BShark oh, probably just the usual " oh the tournament is a crapshoot" crap. When you are better than the opponent, the loss is on you, just like the loss today is on KU. They didn't care about playing defense and they lost. Unfortunately, they probably will keep doing the same bad defense.

@KUSTEVE no them. You are wrong - we should never lose to a team that has lost 12 or so games. We lost to a team that is not that good

@KUSTEVE it bothers me. Our guys rarely show commitment to defense and make stupid turnovers. This is embarrassing for them and I hope they are embarrassed.

@justanotherfan UCLA is the one team I don't want in our bracket. We could play very well and still lose due to them having the highest ceiling of any team.

@drgnslayr I agree - I am very skeptical. Their soft schedule has not hardened them for the rigors of the tourney.

@HighEliteMajor I'm fine with playing them if we have to. Frank, Devonte, Landen and Svi I'm sure remember the beatdown they suffered two years ago.

@Fightsongwriter zac Brown and mcduffie are good defenders though. Marsha fans are confident they could stop Frank, Devonte and Josh. The only way to know is to play them.

Frank's going to need a semi truck for all this hardware. Wow!!

If they are hitting their threes, they are tough. But they are not particularly fast or tall but they are smart and well coached. They lost to Louisville, Michigan state and blown out by Okie State. Their fans feel like they have improved a lot but with their weak schedule we wont find out til next week.

@jaybate-1.0 so he can't shoot right handed? I thought I saw him make free throws, make post moves AND hang on the rim all with his right hand. He said he is doing ok and his play pretty much relects this. He is playing well

@globaljaybird I agree - not a very good plan by Marsha. Should have tried to sweet talk a deal but just comes across as being too confrontational.

@JayHawkFanToo nice that he has been hitting it lately like last year. It adds another dimension to the team and makes us harder to guard.

@kjayhawks the game this year would be more competitive than in 2015. They brag about that game but that was, IMO, Selfs second worst team and finished with nine losses. They didn't play good defense, offense was not good and they were pretty soft. They didn't beat a very good team.

@kjayhawks I like their players too. But their coach and fans seem like loud mouth annoyances.

@BShark and that is something I'll never understand. It is not that much to ask that there is always a defender on the best three point shooter. They try to help on every drive and it leaves shooters open. Don't understand
