The game yesterday and the way we played in half #1 seemed like it could have been a 48/50 point half. Missed too many threes.
TCU came from 20 down and only took 13 three pt attempts. Beat the Longhorns at the line and looks like a complete first to second half switch.

Last I saw Lunardi has been updating today and we have moved to a #1 in the Midwest, along with Baylor staying 1.
It's probably harder to move the ratings this late i'm guessing.

Bruce may believe that his wish to eventually look like a cross between Albert Einstein and Don King makes him look noble but in this day and age it feels sad. It will be interesting to see if national media looks him up when one of the FBI scrutinized teams gets a ruling. If there is a sanction then he can crow, get a haircut and his family can safely resume taking holiday pictures.

I said this from online info but now that I have watched the game we were more than solid in the paint.
Just finished watching the game. Dominated the first half and also outscored them in the second. Giving WV some props for getting within 14 pts.
Some observations: In the paint we went 20 for 29 including 9 straight made at one point. Dave seemed to move very well and the team looked rested and quick. JWill is always guarding forwards and did a good job today all around. Och was getting open against the most stingy D in the conference. Dajuan is a big asset on both ends of the floor. CB had a winning double double and his defense was Self swarming. Yesfu is so quick and springy and when he gets it under control will be awesome. JCL is a walking trey with a quick release and he can move also. Again we saw how good KJ is with defense and passing and and look out! Zach does some lunch pail work on D and that reverse layup was stunning.
Loved this game and team today.

I'm just now watching the game. Followed it online though and I will say to recruits "do you want to play in big time atmospheres every stinking game? Well KU is the place to be."

My guess is that the tournament champions get #1s and the losers get 2s, with Duke falling behind UK and KU/Baylor if all three win their tournament.

We are the top team on the conference in scoring, defense scoring, scoring margin, fg%, and 3% but not In rebounds or rebounding margin. And wins!

Being a one seed we were being atop a loaded bracket and maybe meeting #2 Kentucky in the elite 8.
A two seed we were in a somewhat easier bracket and likely meeting one seeded Auburn in the elite 8.
When we can't shoot threes very well and the other team can we are likely toast. We can survive for a bit but if the other team scores inside too we are burnt toast.
These are tourney ready teams so high turnovers, a weakness, and missing three foot shoots, another weakness , lets any team stay with us.
Bottom line is we will need to play like a championship team or else.
