The one thing we can not afford to do is, allow Texas Southern the chance to hang around deep into the game. As we all know if it is a close game later in the game EVRYONE at the game will be pulling for Texas Southern cheering getting behind the under dog.
We need to do exactly what Baylor , North Carolina did step on their throat from the opening tip show them they don't belong on the floor with us just take the energy right out of them show them who the bettr team is - -don't give them any hope or thought that they can play with us or beat us. - -Examples -Iowa - -look at the kentucky game right now -- Gonzaga for a large part of the game-- just can't happen

Well we just got our first Big Break. Iowa was considered our main threat to keep us from advancing. - - Now we have to go out and take care of business, but I'm sure Coach Self makes sure they guys are aware if you don't come to play - - your gonna get beat , that's why they play the game. - -Big break gotta love it.

This guy is one of 3 AJ Lawsons in basketball. He is playing in his 5th season after N Texas and McNeese State.
The fsmous AJ Lawson starred for S Carolina and is now in G League.
KU had Dedrick Lawson and KJ Lawson. Their talented brother was named Jonathan.

One thing I think people should realize is Ku should be really well prepared for very tough defenses. I just don't think we will run across a lot of harder defense's then what we faced in Big 12 play - -Tech , Baylor -T-Een Texas to a degree - should be ready to play against tough denses coming at us in our journey

True they were saying Southern I believe averages 5 blocks a game. Yet on the other hand a couple of those blocks were flat footed blocks as the ball handler forcing right into the defensive player
Looks like both teams likes attacking the rim But with limited success - in this game anyways , as of right now nothing really sticks out. - just like a lot of other Non Con teams KU has played

Sorry to say this but I'm in several brackets and almost everyone I have picked Gonzaga as the National champion. - Just hard as much as I love my Jay Hawks and I did pick KU in a couple but it's just hard to go against who they have on that roster. Holgrem is such a key factor for them he adds so many different things , yes he is a freshman - but yet is not a freshman. - He is long , very long rim protector , plays in space shoot outside in - just a 7 ft nightmare bigger guys trying to guard he take you outside - - -smaller he post you up. - You put him with Timme - -& Nemhard. - -Wish it wasn't like that but can't deny they good.
I also have Arizona making it to the title game in a lot of my brackets hope I'm wrong guess that's why we play them on the floor
