well If that would turn out to be the case IF Tristan leaves & he did re-class it would seem to me that our frontline could be pretty salty fairly quickly. - Not huge/tall but more that athletic type possible 6'9 6'10 might be pretty nice.

One of the 247 national guys just said he loves Kansas. Looking at a list cut soon and KU will not only be there but be near the top. Paraphrasing a bit since it's vip. Before KU offered Smith himself made strong comments about KU. Think this boils down to how hard KU goes after him. Possible reclass but I kinda figured KU was done for bigs in 21 unless we have an unexpected departure.

Well this might turn out to bite us in the butt, I can see it happening but you can understand why. Coach Self talking on the Mental health of the team, talking about how it was discussed and deciding letting the players go home for Christmas get away and see the families
Very easily could see a player returning and bringing the COVID with him but Coach Self he feels thats what needed to be done - -I understand but Scary just the same

Well just got through watching the KU women & Oklahoma. - -Wish I could say different but mercy once again think it's going to be a long year - The good news is we won.
The Bad news is Oklahoma only had 6 players available - - was without three starters - - their leading Scorer - - Their leading rebounder & yet Oklahoma probably led for3/4 of the game. - Cool game plan on their part run the clock down and then shoot - - 5 out zero in - get wide open looks a lot of the time. - - Not until about midway thru the 4th quarter KU got the lead - end up 74-64 - not a good look - - Next ! ! ! -- ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

5-10 maybe? Kyron Johnson and Kyle Mayberry are coming back for sure if memory serves. Would love to have Hughes, Clark, Parchment, Robinson, and Prox back. I can kind of take or leave everyone else.
Oh I couldn't agree more about Parchment & Robinson - would love those two for sure - -I don't think we will see Prox come back 0 dang it , I just think he is done. So both Mayberry's will be here next year then.
I think this free year could really end up helping these kids that were freshmen for us this year on the defensive side for sure. -I think believe it or not I think in the next year or two this defensive group could get really salty & I think we have a really good receiving core if we can just get a QB in here to get them the ball let work their magic. - - ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

Was listening to my local radio sorts broadcast & they were talking to Tim FitzGerald the K-State beat writer and he said this joke that happened last night - -the last time that it happened was clear back when they were playing in Nichols Arena - -long time ago.
He said his twitter was blowing up people who in the past that would go to bat for Weber even if he had hit the family Dog - -umm not so much now. - He was talking about he was watching the game on the Big 12 ESPN plus app and he was having trouble with it - - said the dam game kept coming back on roflmao.

Agbaji is a very solid player. I have not necessarily been on board with him being a potential NBA player. I think he's a four year guy with a chance to stick after a stop in the GLeague. I agree with you that he is a good even little more then good COLLEGE player. I think he is going to be another player that's in between the NBA & G league - just not enough to be clear cut NBA player but very solid College player

Not great but not a "the sky is falling" type game either.Ochai's problem as Self alluded to in preseason is when he's not aggressive and makes shots he tends to disappear. Yes Thompson has a rep for his mid-range pull up game. Confident shooter, has a bit of a weird motion on his perimeter shots but it works. He showed flashes last night of why he was highly rated coming in. Really think by middle of Conference Play (sort of like how Christian Braun emerged last season) he's going to be an important rotation piece.
Mitch stole some possessions and rebounded in the post. Helps when Creighton doesn't have anyone 6'8 and up. Still don't care for him to try and make plays with the ball though, that's not his game.
Last night was the best Dave's played all year. A few times in the first half he actually moved towards the basket and finished the play. In the 2nd half he was a mess outside of the pass to Wilson for the 3. He gets credit for making the right play but before that had made several bonehead plays. The biggest problem with David on offense is the usage (still above 30%) and that's a coaching issue. On defense I have no solution, I have no idea what he's doing on that end
Dave gets in trouble on his offensive end when and this was brought up by Ellis from ESPN - -when he starts fading away on his shot. - -Actually he has a decent turn around J on the baseline or just flat out face up 10 footer or so - but when he fades - - - ummm no

Oachi is the one that frustrates me , he has this vanishing act, there are times you wouldn't even know that he is in the game/on the floor. Weber is not a strong recruiter and he has a tendency to alienate some of his best players at times. That was his problem at Illinois. That is his problem now. Pack and Dajuan Gordon look like players to me. Will they get better under Bruce? Maybe McGuirl comes back for a free fifth year? I think their biggest issue is they have a ton of bigs on the roster and all of them are not very good. I don't see Bruce adding a bunch of immediate impact guys so their line-up next year will likely have holes.
