What this season might look like after last nights game. I agree though, it is way to early for him to not to prove us wrong. I love the kid, he'll get better. I've just read too many articles about "How far we go depends on Carlton Bragg."
Yes I know we all thought it might take awhile for Carlton and the team to figure out what to do without Perry. At least we thought he would be a jumping jack rebounder. Maybe he's not feeling well. When KU plays a small team like MIAA Washburn, not rebounding stands out. Frank Mason is the best rebounder on the team. Bigs should be embarrassed to watch him sky above the rim to grab a rebound with two hand and start the break. You sit on the bench and Svi or Vick go in to play small ball. I'll gladly eat my words if he gets this fixed.
When they are on the court, I can't tell the difference between Mitch Lightfoot and Clay Young.
With Washburns lack of size, this might be the first we see of our small ball combination. Svi or Vick will replace Landon or Bragg in this line up. Full court press might be installed on several occasions and the lane might be wide open with a score or dish to Josh, Svi, or which ever Big is in the game.
KU Football smh.
@wissoxfan83 I forgot about him.
I went three years cussing out our Athletic Director. I gave in to TWC since they now have no contracts. I was able to do it because the DTV contract was over. It is going to be shown Saturday night on TWC. People are paying scalper prices.

@JayHawkFanToo Yes, he went to Washburn.
Should be fun in the paint against this lineup. Chipman is a good coach and the first ten minutes are always difficult for the heavily favored Hawks against exhibition opponents.

They are very exciting to watch. Any TV?
With the new traveling rule, KU would have won this game.
Twitter says Gak has chosen Miami.
BIG 10 and MAC will have instant replay review for offensive fouls. Video shows why new fouls will be called and not called.

Time to follow in the footsteps of Keith Langford. See the world, learn new languages. How does Self keep winning with non-pros?
How do I create the bold face type for a new topic?
Coach is doing his annual bitching about horrible practices before the first game.
"The Jayhawks on Sunday held their first scrimmage of the 2016-17 season, complete with officials, a clock and a scoreboard.
Even though Self said the team had improved from the start of practice, he was not all that impressed by his teamβs performance during the scrimmage.
βItβs been better,β Self said of practice. βWe scrimmaged Sunday and we did not look good at all. But it was a great teaching tape because the guys saw how poorly we executed and really how we didnβt play with near as much effort as I thought we would. Weβre certainly a lot better than we looked that day, but that tape was pretty eye-opening for a lot of our guys. We did not look like a very good team in our first scrimmage.β
Asked for his read on why Sunday was a little sluggish, Mykhailiuk pointed to the ongoing process of bringing newcomers into the system."
βWeβve got a lot of young guys and we just need to practice and make them feel better with our offense and defense,β Mykhailiuk said. βJust try hard, try to learn a lot, like always.β
This article merely lets the Country now what we already know.
Did he start with the Mavs? http://www2.kusports.com/weblogs/smithology/2016/jun/28/examining-perry-ellis-chances-with-the-d/ β I see his name on the roster for the Hornets on the ESPN teams list. He is the only one on the list that doesn't have a salary after his name.

Looking at the roster of the Memphis Grizzlies, I see Wayne listed with a salary of over half of a million dollars. If he doesn't make the final cut and goes to the D-League for the Grizzlies, does he still get paid that amount. Also, I don't see Perry Ellis on the Mavericks roster.
It's a good thing we didn't have to play at ORU back in 2006.
First day for the Sprint Center tickets to go on sale to the huddled masses yearning to be free. Here's what's left of the unsold tickets. The upper level seats are not as wide as the one's below, so if you get tickets bring your binoculars and have a skinny butt.
...and 0 out of 100 is K-State.
I can't see Huggins or Kruger letting their teams drop that far.
