Ok guys, here it is the night before a Big decision tomorrow. SVI announces tomorrow he staying or is gone. So I want to hear from the group here pretty simple it can be just one word. Is SVI coming back OR is he gone, so let it begin tell me - -Stay or Go? - -I'll start

Leaves, and joins Perry in Australia.
Comes back to finish degree and other unfinished business, i.e. national title.
Svi wants to go. He'll be back though. If not there would be rumblings of Self still recruiting for this season.
I think he goes as well, kinda split on whether its the right decision or not. I understand Wayne leaving because he wasn't gonna improve. Svi on the other hand i think could improve his slashing, defense and be more consistent shooting. Most media outlets think this is the best draft class in several years and I agree. To the people saying he can't improve, he is listed on draft express as #28 pick in the 2018 draft and not listed in 2017 draft. All of us know bye now that a first rounder is guaranteed a contract, unlike a second rounder. I also have no idea what his families financial situation is and if it would play a factor. Good Luck to Svi in whatever choice he makes and lets not hate or insult him for his decision.

If he were sure to be drafted high enough to jump, he would already have announced.
If there were no interest in drafting him, then he would have announced.
Inference: interest in drafting him is contingent on other prospects preferred over him deciding not to go pro.
Therefore, since I don't know anything about who is ahead of him, and what they will do, I can only conclude: I dunno.
I'll vote stay on the logic some have expressed about why schedule a "go" decision.
I think he goes and honestly I'm gonna be mad about it because he makes KU a lot better by staying. We've seen most people in his position come back from other schools so it's going to sting if he stays in and doesn't get picked in June. I hope I'm wrong

I've just said from the beginning that I thought he was gone. - -Some seem to think if he comes back, he will take this huge jump - -I on the other hand just don't see it. I just can't invision where him returning is going to improve his draft status that much for the next draft. -SVI is not going to improve THAT much by returning to go from not being listed by most drafts - -having most NBA insiders telling him to return to school - - - to being a 1st round pick. @nd round eh - -probably but as we all know 2nd round is a no guaurantee contract. I feel SVI is just about where he will always be as for as his NBA ceiling, - -2nd round middle probably.
I just feel what happens is he will stay in, probably struggle through the D league for a season - -Or he will return back home.
I just got this feel that SVI just plain DOES NOT want to return to KU for another year. - I mean with him making such a statement to the likes of if he thinks ANYBODY will draft him chances are he will stay in? -- That right there tells me he really doesn't have a whole lot of interest in returning, he settling for middle 2nd round - bottom of 2nd round just as long as SOMEBODY is willing to draft him 2nd round or not he probably stays. That doesn't sound very promising for KU. Like has been mentioned, with the people we have on the roster I don't feel he would be able to stand out enough to improve his status that much. - -I have just thought even as soon as the Season was over he was done. Interesting also read that Cam Johnsons transfer was blocked I believe by the NCAA to UNC. I think he is a grad transfer from Pitt.

Bradley not coming back pegs UNC about 10-15 spots down the pre-season list. One proven forward and 3 freshman ranked outside the top 100..
I have to disagree with you. There is very little downside to Svi coming back and a lot more upside. Svi will now know what the scouts think are the weaknesses in his game and he can work next season in improving them while at the same time completing his degree, something I understand is big with his family. Also, this is a pretty loaded draft while next year is a lot weaker and I have seen where he is already projected to be a first round pick.
We have seen parts of his game but we have yet to see him put it all together, something he has a good chance of doing if he comes back. I understand he is a good student and if he is close to completing his degree, he might choose to go pro and finish his degree on line.

Adds more depth and insane athletic ability though. Alexander and Baker can come off the bench.. scary lineup combos

They added Knox, they are just being greedy adding anyone else.
Lots of roster in-balance and the youngest team in Kentucky History. I don't think this batch of freshman are game-changers though. Guys coming off the bench could actually be their best players in the long run
