You are out of luck. The game will be on the Jayhawk Network ↗. It will also be on ESPN3 but blacked out in Kansas but if you can make think you are outside Kansas via VPN you might be able to get it, provided your provider carries ESPN3. You can thank $#*&@ Zenger for this mess.

Yeah I can't get cable in any form due to being in a rural area. I do have legit access to ESPN3, and I have no issue using a VPN to bypass the blackout.

We used to get the TWS channel here in SC but they shut it down this year. Here is the wiki article on how they changed it.

It’s not blacked out on replay about 5 minutes after the game concludes on ESPN 3. Which should be more than late enough to dump the remaining candy in some lucky kids bag and shut off all the lights!
