Nice photos. Almost makes me miss Tennessee. I lived down the road from Johnson City (in Knoxville) for ten years. One quibble @wrwlumpy -- It's EAST Tennessee State, not Eastern Tennessee.

Once you're on the right side of the plateau, there is no "Eastern Tennessee" ever. It's one word: "Eestennesee." Memphis is in Westennessee. There is no central Tennessee, but there is a middle. No North Tennessee (Kentucky). No South Tennessee--that direction is called F*ck Bama.

Most unusual mascots would make for an interesting read; here in Colorado we have two that I've never seen: Brush Beetdiggers and Rocky Ford Meloneers. Both are very appropriate to their agricultural roots.

Isnt Kenny Chesney fromEast Tennessee? Great work @wrwlumpy as per usual. Tennessee is beautiful, drove thru there on the way to North Carolina for my brothers wedding, right thru the Smokey mountains a few years back. The people are a little strange especially if you get off the path lol.

Most of ETSU scoring comes from 3 guards: Boyd Good and Hodges,. They each average over 13 ppg.

ETSU doesn’t appear to play through their 7’ centers. N’Guessan get 17 minutes, 6 points, 4 rebounds. The other center gets about 8 minutes without much contribution.

Apparently, 6’7” Jeremy Rodriguez is their leading rebounder at 7.7 per game. HCBS is selling this as a tough matchup...
