I don't doubt he is. Self has never put a lot of stock in the B12 Tournament. His sideline demeanor has always been much more chill during this tournament even when KU loses.

Since KU is locked into the overall #1 seed again, there's really not a lot of reason to put Doke and Garrett at risk of further injury. We're gonna see some unusual line up combinations while KU is playing early on. If KU reaches the title game and is playing Baylor for the 3rd time, we might see Self resort to old habits, but in the first 2 games, we're gonna see some weird combinations at different points in the game. We'll probably see Tristan get some extended minutes, should see Silvio get some minutes as well to get him back into game shape as well.

We will be playing against Ok state tomorrow after the officials called fouls on 8 of the 10 of their offensive possessions.

@BShark they let their guard down after that dunk but man some really questionable fouls against them late.

And the KSU Wildcats sun possibly the last Big 12 game of the year.

I don’t think they’ll cancel at this point in KC already got tons of teams and people there. If it’s been exposed, it’s too late.

AAC makes sense because the tournament hasn't even started yet. Today was their first day of games.

Big-12 tournament canceled

Texas, Texas Tech suspended

NCAA Tournament will more than likely be cancelled at some point today as well.

Big East still hasn't decided.

ESPN not even mentioning the B12 Tournament being cancelled.

So when the actual tournament gets cancelled, can we use this year as our post season ban?

Charles Barkley was on earlier and was talking about how he would probably get in trouble cause he worked for TNT , TBS but said they needed to cancel until they can get a better grip saying tht they possible could still play the tourney in a couple of week. just pickthe68 teams that should be in the tourney should already have a good idea on who that would be

The last game of the season is being played right now in the Big-East. Watch and savor.

The Big East game made it to halftime.

They canceled it

America East final canceled. There is no way the NCAA tournament is happening

I am hopeful that they will simply announce indefinite postponement of the tourney. I think they could seed the teams and then plan how to resume a tournament that starts possibly in mid-April and runs into May, pending containment and safety.

Postponement would cause a huge ripple effect and I am not sure how far they could push it back. Players will be preparing for NBA draft, graduating, moving on to their future careers and so on. A week or two perhaps after that it gets tricky.

NBA is talking about pushing their season into July and possibly early August. Maybe the draft gets delayed... ?

NCAA should plan for a postponed tournament, not a cancelation.

Actually might be just a smidge of that going on. - We know from yesterday , there was talk about them finding smaller venues , now the Iowas Coach said there had been some talk and in favor of possibly May?

Coming across now that they still expect Selection Sunday , and then possible pushing back tournament - this coming from some high Level Coach's although they didn't give names

That would be a prudent course of action. They can use regular-season champions as automatic bids and they can maintain a touch of normalcy by seeding the tournament as planned.

This will give extra time for teams to prepare for their opponents.. but seems very reasonable to have things set and ready to go when the light changes to green.

like another said here - -if May - gives us time to heal. - -They are talking also about a revised-format like a 16 team tourney taking your top teams from the Season
