Not sure Self takes a commitment before TyTy. Things are moving so fast though, it's insane.

@Oldmanhawk I believe all but Bryce were nudged out. Though it was interesting to see Tristan end up at ISU. They do need guys pretty badly.
We saw Tyon go down (not as far as Jossell but still down) and I image Gethro ends up at a lower level as well. Gethro intrigued me but the reality was Bill wouldn't even play him over Mitch when we had no one else.
Jossell to SFA. Much better level for him, hope he gets buckets.
Baylor is hot right now, we will compete with them just fine.

@BeddieKU23 It seems like, to me, that Bill wants another starter with all the guys he is targeting. As things are right now I heard they are hoping Bobby can push for the spot. I don't think Bill wants to start Harris but I could be wrong.
Apparently OU people think Harmon ends up at Texas. I agree he is good enough to take now.

Upside for me is my daughter is a freshman at Maryland and is seriously into Maryland basketball, (KU was her second choice :( ... so I would expect Manning to make that program much better, and help them with coaching the bigs and recruiting because of his skill set and pedigree. Should be fun to follow the terps in next few years...
His biggest issue is he doesn't like recruiting but there is no doubt he is an excellent post player coach. One just has to look at the development of post players in his time at KU and WF.

Danny really doesn't like to recruit. Hard to afford that with one of the 3 major ast positions.
Danny Manning is now an assistant coach at Maryland. Had to imagine Self knew that Danny was looking for a spot, and likely passed.
