Dean Wade: Had some real offers but this one is unfair since he was a lock for KSU since forever and other schools knew it. Probably his most legit signing next to Sneed but a gift.

Only team to beat them in Lincoln this year. 17-8 now. Could squeak into the tournament.
Bruce said refs beforehand told him if fouls on Doke weren't within the normal flow of the game they would be ruled flagrant.

@JayHawkFanToo Yeah he just wasn't ready last year. He actually wasn't bad defensively last year but on offense he was an unmitigated disaster (didn't know what he was doing etc). He has brought the offense up to what I would consider acceptable this year which makes him totally fine to have out there.

He also just doesn't recruit at a high enough level. He lucked into Wade (as in, Wade is a player at KSU as long as basketball is being played there). Wade possibly was the best player on the court tonight but then KU had the next 4 at least. And this isn't even a stacked KU team.
