Man...the committee almost didn't put this Belmont team in. And I get it, it's hard to put in two OVC teams but yeah this Belmont team definitely belongs.

It shouldn't be that hard tho. They beat Murray st if they had their center. Good team

Directional Game Thread • Mar 21, 2019 08:07 PM

Kabengele was a +200 recruit. Hard to fathom seriously

They dont have these guys in the America east conf. FSU is a tough match up for everyone

If it weren't for Leonard Hamilton I would think this team has a legit shot at a FF.

They have beaten themselves all yr. The Duke loss was the difference in them being a higher seed.

They dont shoot it well

@RockChalkinTexas

We can only hope chuck doesnt have to play other then emergency or blowout purposes

Directional Game Thread • Mar 21, 2019 08:02 PM

@BShark

Hes a NBA guy. Gonna be good too.

He would put up 20 and 10 here. Comes off the bench at FSU and is their leading scorer

Directional Game Thread • Mar 21, 2019 08:01 PM

@RockChalkinTexas

Which 3 pointer do we have?

Directional Game Thread • Mar 21, 2019 08:00 PM

Kentucky's PJ Washington won't play in their first round matchup. If he doesn't play in Round 2 they could definitely go down. Wofford is legit and Seton Hall beat them in the non-conference

Rumor is he tore a ligament and will not play at all in the entire tournament. Perhaps time to adjust your brackets.

Thx I did not see that rumor yet. I believe I adjusted most. Some I had Wofford winning regardless

In a pickle with the FSU/UVM game. Either rooting for my home-state school or favorite football team' school. Early its a 1 pt lead for FSU

Hard to imagine Leonard Hamilton struggling in the tournament...

They seemed to have weathered the early shooting of UVM.

Directional Game Thread • Mar 21, 2019 06:18 PM

Yale only down 7 with about 7 minutes to go against LSU. LSU had a 15 pt lead at halftime

Directional Game Thread • Mar 21, 2019 06:17 PM

NM St down 3 at half, giving them a game at least..

Directional Game Thread • Mar 21, 2019 06:16 PM

As usual Louisville proving how mediocre they were this year losing to a very average Minnesota bunch

Directional Game Thread • Mar 21, 2019 06:15 PM

New Mexico St only down 1, closing in on half time

I'm making sure I didn't pick St. Johns or ASU to win anything. These teams both stink.

I still can't get over the stink of the refs when we visited ASU this year. +10 foul difference in that one.

@dylans yep! Should have got him in the first place!

We tried, but his dude took a better deal at the time. Will be interesting to see where he goes this time, my money is on closer to home

PJ Washington of Kentucky sprained his foot. Been in a walking boot since Sunday. He is still likely to play in their opening round according to Cal.

If he's hobbled or unable to play down goes Kentucky!

That's the guy. We offered but I don't think he ever made it to campus. His handler put an end to that..

He'd certainly fit a role here similar to what we expected from De Sousa

YA , I was thinking he was a beast on the boards too. - What - his handler didn't like KU or what? - -if his handler is like Silvio's - -then we better back up and slowly walk away. - -I'm almost to a point if a kid has a guardian or handler or what the hell ever - -we ( Ku ) - needs to run - -seems like nothing goods come from these guys. - -ROCK CHALK ALL DAY LONG BABY

I have no idea what the deal was with his handler but they went for the deal that offered him the most playing time. He just had knee surgery a few months back.

Stephen F Austin Forward TJ Holyfield will grad transfer. Sat out this season with a shoulder injury. All time leader in blocks at the school was apart of some good teams for SFA before. Can shoot the 3 as well
